Rumors are circulating that Microsoft has been testing a cloud based Xbox 360 and Xbox One games streaming service which can be played on your PC via a normal web browser.

It seems if the rumor is correct that the testing is near completion, and perhaps something will be announced shortly? There has yet to be any official word from Microsoft, but then they will not comment on such things until they are ready anyway.

If true it does however raise some interesting questions.

1. What Spec PC would be needed for this given the Xbox One onboard hardware?

2. What would the minimum broadband capability need to be?

3. Would this mean a rise again in PC requirements, meaning more *Cough, Cough* Windows operating system licenses ?

4. Would this mean the end for the Xbox One & Xbox 360 consoles themselves?

We can certainly see the appeal for such a service, particularly for the more mobile of us, but i for one do like that touchy feel you get from owning both consoles rather than owning perhaps 0's and 1's in the sky.

Have your say, what do you think?
