Notes  

You can get all of the achievements in the first playthrough, but it will help to play the 2nd playthrough to level up. I would highly suggest playing co-op as it will speed up the completion time of this game by a lot. Remember to use the money glitch below, and take good guns off of your friends using this method aswell. 

GLITCHED ACHIEVEMENTS 

A few achievements have been said to be glitched. Made In Fyrestone, Made in New Haven, The Weapon-Kill Achievements and Pandora-Dog Millionaire. If you start a new game with a new character than you will be able to get these achievements again. 

An easy way to make the game go a lot quicker is by doing this. When you receive missions you can do all of them in a certain area before turning in. Just cycle through them in the missions menu, and then this will save you a bunch of time going back and forth turning in all of the missions.

ACHIEVEMENT GUIDE

Ding! Newbie - 5 points

Earn level 5

This will probably be the last achievement you will get. It will take quite a long time to level up, but it seems as though you level up much faster under these conditions. 

Playing with players higher than you.

Playing with more players.

Playing with a team exp bonus class mod.

Fighting higher leveled players. 

Playing a second playthrough. 

If your having problems leveling up, try joining people games who are beating a boss, then you'll get the exp for beating them, which is normally a ton.

Kill an enemy by stomping on its head

* At the first area of the game find one of the skags and weaken it with a crappy weapon. Then jump on it a few times. I believe that every time you jump on it, it does about 3 damage. Just kill it and the achievements yours.

Speedy McSpeederton - 10 points

Race around the Ludicrous Speedway in under 31 seconds

You call this archaeology? - 20 points

Apply an elemental artifact

You will get this during your first playthrough. Later in the story enemies can drop artifacts when killed. Simply pick one up and equip it. They change the characteristics of you special ability.

Kill 25 enemies by ramming them with any vehicle

This is slightly glitched, see notes above if it has glitched for you. In the first area, just grab a car and drive around until you have killed 25 people. You should be able to do this in about 5-10 missions. 

Rootinest, Tootinest, Shootinest - 10 points

Kill 5 Rakk in under 10 seconds

You will probably get this during your first playthrough. If your having troubles, then when you have better weapons go back to one of the first areas and try again. 

Pandora-dog Millionaire - 50 points

Earn $1,000,000

There is a weapons glitch, see this article I wrote. This achievement is also said to sometimes be glitched, see notes above. 

Fence - 25 points

Sell 50 guns to a shop

Just sell all the guns you pick up to stores. 

Can't We Get BEYOND Thunderdome? - 25 points

Win an arena match

This can be boosted. Just grab a friend and go into an arena on the map. Then set the rules and kill them.

Duel-icious - 15 points

Win a duel against another player

This is different from the above achievement. Whenever you are outside melee your co-op partner. Then have them melee you back. This will start a duel, and now you just kill them. 

Duelinator - 35 points

Win a duel without taking damage

Do the above, but take no damage from the opposition.

Group LF Healer - 25 points

Rescue a groupmate from death in a co-op game

Just revive someone while playing co-op. Very easy. 

There's No "I" In "Team" - 30 points

Complete 15 missions in co-op

Self explanatory. 

And They'll Tell Two Friends - 10 points

Play in a co-op game with either an employee of Gearbox or someone who has this achievement

This is a viral achievement and most people have it by now. Just join a few online games. 

Weapon Aficionado - 20 points

Reach proficiency level 10 with any weapon type

Just use one type of gun a lot. You will probably get this while boosting kills for the “Ding! Expert” achievement.

Facemelter - 25 points

Kill 25 enemies with corrosive weapons

Either pick up a gun with this element, or use an artifact and get the kills with your special ability.

1.21 Gigawatts - 25 points

Kill 25 enemies with shock weapons

Either pick up a gun with this element, or use an artifact and get the kills with your special ability.

Pyro - 25 points

Kill 25 enemies with incendiary weapons

Either pick up a gun with this element, or use an artifact and get the kills with your special ability.

Master Exploder - 15 points

Kill 25 enemies with explosive weapons

Either pick up a gun with this element, or use an artifact and get the kills with your special ability.

There are some who call me...Tim - 25 points

Equip a class mod for your character

You can find them from dead enemies, or buy them from shops. These change your players stats. 

Fully Loaded - 10 points

Rescue enough Claptraps to earn 42 inventory slots

Kill 15 enemies with the Hunter's action skill

Reckless Abandon - 15 points

Kill 15 enemies with the Berserker's action skill

Down in Front! - 15 points

Kill 15 enemies with the Soldier's action skill

Truly Outrageous - 15 points

Kill an enemy with the Siren's action skill

Just kill 1 enemy with this persons skill. I would suggest joining someone elses game who is further in the game. Let them kill some people and you will level up like crazy. It will probably only time 5 mins for you to level up to level 5. Then in a solo game, start a new game. Then equip your skill point and kill 1 person will the skill.

12 Days of Pandora - 30 points

Mastered the technology of Pandora

For this achievement you must get: 

12 Assault Rifle Kills. 

11 Pistol Kills. 

10 Shotgun Kills. 

9 SMG Kills. 

8 Sniper Rifle Kills. 

7 Melee Kills. 

6 Critical Hit Kills. 

5 Explosive Kills. 

4 Shock Kills. 

3 Incendiary Kills, 

2 Corrosive Kills, 

1 Grenade Kill. 

You can check your progress by looking at the “12 Days of Pandora” challenge in your challenge log.
