Money Cheat

This cheat of earning quick cash will enable you to become a millionaire without the need to complete the entire game three times.

Complete the game up to the 5th Mission (China). Make sure you have enough money to buy a Stinger or an RPG. I found the Stinger easier, but at $42,500, it might be a little expensive for some at the beginning.

Start the China Mission (any difficulty) and your first objective will be to blow up a bridge with a convoy passing over. This objective is worth $30,000.

Use the Stinger or RPG to shoot the middle of the bridge to blow it up. Then run down the hill, back to the Hovercraft. Make sure the checkpoint triggers. You will know when, in the upper left of your screen, a HUD appears with “Checkpoint” and “Total Cash“ Once the money has been credited, quit your game. If you quit before the checkpoint, the money will not be credited.

Once you quit, head back to Campaign Menu and choose Mission Select , then China. Rinse and repeat the above steps until you have become a millionaire or however greedy you want to be.

ACHIEVEMENT GUIDE

Tactics

Unlike Gears Of War or Call Of Duty, you can snag a whole lot of points just playing this First Person Shooter on Recruit (easy) and there are only a few online points.

Although there are points in completing the game on Contractor (normal), my suggestion is to play it on Recruit until the China Mission. Do the Money Cheat above and then purchase better weapons to do it on Contractor. There are only six missions in total, so it is a pretty short game to complete. You can easily collect 800 points, including level completes on Contractor (normal) without the need to win one online game!

My Virtual Friend 35 G

Complete all missions with the Partner AI.

Complete all missions on Single Player with the AI as your partner. Can be achieved on any difficulty.

Weapon Specialist 15 G

Purchase 3 weapons.

As soon as you get some money, just buy any three weapons during mid-mission shopping OR complete the game on any difficulty, as this will unlock all primary weapons.

Say Hello to my Little Friends 45 G

Purchase the MP7, M134, DAO-X Protecta, MGL MK-X and the M107 Light 50.

Use the Money Cheat at the top of this guide to purchase these weapons OR complete the game on Professional to unlock every weapon. Your choice.

Man of Many Masks 50 G

Purchase every mask variant.

You will need $110, 000 to buy every mask with one character. Use the Money Cheat at the top of this guide, then go shopping.

If I Were a Rich Man 40 G

Earn one million dollars in total over the course of campaign mode.

A complete playthrough collecting all briefcases and completing all bonus objectives will earn about $395,000. So you will need to complete the game over three times to unlock this achievement legit. HOWEVER if you are feeling broke....that’s right. Use the Money Cheat at the top of this guide to unlock this quickly.

Fear is The Mind Killer 45 G

Spend 1 minute straight at full Aggro.

Easy. At the first turret, in the training mission, just fire blindly at the turret while hiding behind cover and watch your Aggro meter go up. You have unlimited bullets so you should unlock this quite quickly.

Two Eyes are Better Than One 35 G

Kill 5 enemies total using Co-op Snipe.

This is easily done on the first mission in Somalia. After you have taken out Mo’Alim, Clyde will ask you to clear out the street and shoot a gas tank, using Co-op Snipe. Forget about the gas tank. Just press RB, then Left on the D-Pad to enter Co-op Snipe. Then just shoot 5 enemies for the achievement to pop. Do not press B to cancel the Co-op Snipe as it will not let you back in again.

Seven-six-two Millimeter 20 G

Kill 250 enemies total using Assault Rifles.

To rack these kills quickly, go to final training area on the first mission. This will be the area, after your first Back-to-Back shooting, where you learn to drag and heal your partner.

Before you turn the corner, ask your AI partner to advance ahead by pressing UP on your D-pad. He will stop because there is a proximity mine ahead. Chuck a grenade near him and he will run forward and be injured by the mine. Don’t bother about drag and heal, just let him lie there. Don’t worry, he will not die.

Now just shoot the guards spawning behind the fence. You have unlimited ammo and you cannot get shot. There should be about 120 guards spawning before it stops, so do this a couple of times for the achievement to unlock.

You can use this method for the Handgun and Sniper Rifle achievements. For the Submachine gun (SMG) achievement, just exchange your SECONDARY weapon with your AI partner during the exchange tutorial.

Dead Man’s Hand 20 G

Kill 150 enemies total using Handguns.

See “Seven-six-two Millimeter” achievement above.

One Shot. One Kill. 20 G

Kill 100 enemies total using Sniper Rifles.

See “Seven-six-two Millimeter” achievement above.

Alright, Who Wants Some? 20 G

Kill 250 enemies total using SMGs.

This is my Boom Stick 20 G

Kill 250 enemies total using Shotguns.

This and the Machine Gun achievement can be earned throughout the course of the game. Online kills count towards your total as well.

Just buy a shotgun or machine gun during mid-mission shopping and switch once you have racked up your kills on one. There is a kill count on your HUD when you reach a checkpoint, so you can roughly guess how many you have done, if you use the same weapon throughout.

Spray and Pray 20 G

Kill 250 enemies total using Machine Guns.

See “This is my Boom Stick” achievement above.

Big Boom! Big Bada Boom! 20 G

Kill 25 enemies total using RPGs.

A good place to earn this is at the beginning of the China mission, while doing the Money Cheat. After you shoot the bridge, run down and shoot the enemies with you RPG or Stinger. I prefer the Stinger as it comes with three rockets.

Flip You. Flip You For Real 20 G

Kill 50 enemies total using the Melee Attack.

Just run up to enemies and click RT to do a melee attack. A good place to try is Somalia. The enemies are pretty lame and getting 50 there on Recruit is easy.

Fission Mailed 20 G

Kill 25 Martyrs by shooting the Bomb Packs on their chests.

The only mission where there are plenty to shoot at is the 2nd Mission (Afghanistan). After you have parachuted down, you will enter a Back-to-Back sequence. There will be about 5 - 6 running towards you. Shoot the bomb packs on their chests, to make them explode. Just reload the checkpoint and rinse and repeat until the achievement unlocks.

If it Bleeds, We Can Kill It 30 G

Kill 25 Heavy Armor enemies.

They are like the mini-bosses you get mid-mission with a yellow health bar. You are supposed to sneak behind them while your partner goes on Aggro. But the REAL EASIEST way, is just to shoot them with an RPG or Stinger. One or two direct hits, and they are owned.

I don’t think there are 25 in one playthrough. However there are about 5 or 6 in the last mission in Miami. You could just reload a checkpoint on one and keep shooting at it with an RPG 25 times!

Out of Debt 15 G

Heal your partner for the first time. Training does not count.

See “Field Medic” achievement below.

Field Medic 30 G

Drag and heal your partner 25 times.

The quickest and easiest way is to use a second controller on split screen or on Co-op. Shoot your partner until he is down, then drag and heal.

Beast with Two Fronts 20 G

Kill 50 enemies total in Back-to-Back.

You will easily get this through one playthrough OR reload a mission where there is a Back-to-Back near the start of the mission (Afghanistan or Aircraft Carrier are such missions) and rinse and repeat.

Running Man 30 G

Kill 75 enemies while in the stealth mode of Overkill.

You will need to put your AI Partner into Aggro while holding his position. Do this by clicking twice on the Right D-pad. The octagon on your Partner Wheel (bottom right corner of your HUD) will turn blue then red. Your AI partner will start to glow red as well.

Watch his Aggro meter fill up then start moving STEALTHILY behind the enemy. Not firing your weapon fills up his Aggro meter quickly. If you remain undetected, his aggro meter will start to fill up a darker red.

Once it has reached a full dark red bar for two seconds, the Overkill option will appear at the bottom of your screen. Press “A” to enter Overkill. (The word Stealth will appear below the Aggro meter to indicate Stealth Overkill) Everything will go into slow motion and you will have 15 seconds to kill as many enemies as you can.

The best place I found to do this is the Iraq Mission, at the beginning. There are about 10-12 enemies here and on a good run, I got about 7-8 on Stealth Overkill. Repeat this checkpoint about ten times and the achievement is yours.

L’Abattoir 30 G

Kill 100 enemies while in the power mode of Overkill.

You will need to put your AI partner into passive mode by clicking once on the Right D-pad. The octagon will turn blue on your Partner Wheel. Start firing at the enemy and your Aggro meter will start to fill. You will need to kill at least ONE to max out the Aggro meter.

Keep firing until your Aggro meter fills to a dark red. Once it has maxed out for two seconds, the Overkill option will appear at the bottom of your screen. Press “A” to enter Overkill.

I found that a gun with a lot of ammo helps as you don’t want an empty chamber when you hit Overkill. Picking a gun with high Aggro fills your meter quickly, but you end up with less kills, because they have less ammo.

Again, the Iraq mission is a good place to do this. Once I killed the initial guy, I managed to Overkill about 10 here. Do this checkpoint about ten times to get the achievement.

Stonewall 30 G

Kill 30 enemies using the Riot Shield melee attack.

You need to melee an enemy while holding the Riot Shield. When you pick up a Riot Shield, send your AI into passive hold position (click right on D-pad). Otherwise your AI will shoot the enemies you are trying to melee. Advance toward the enemy, then when you are close enough, hit RT to melee them.

Easiest place is Somalia. Just before you enter the Intercontinental Hotel to take out Mo’Alim, Clyde tells you you to pick up a Riot Shield. There’s six enemies to melee here and their shooting is pretty lame. Once you have whacked them, do not enter the hotel, just restart the checkpoint. Do this five times to get the achievement.

Starting a Riot 30 G

Kill 50 enemies total in Co-op Riot Shield.

You CANNOT get this achievement with an AI partner. You have to be behind the Riot Shield doing the shooting while your partner holds the shield. Your AI partner never picks up the shield. So the only way to get this is in Co-op or split screen with friend controlling a second controller.

The quickest place is mid-mission in Afghanistan. After you have defeated the first Heavy Armor enemy, you have to enter a lift, then you will have to enter some hallways filled with gas. Right outside the lift is a Riot Shield. Have your partner pick up the Riot Shield and start shooting from behind. There are about 10 enemies here, so do this about five times to unlock the achievement.

My Kind of Case 40 G

Collect all of the information cases in the entire game.

You get cash for picking them up but they also disappear after you have collected them. You do not have to collect them through one playthrough, so you can repeat levels to find any you have missed. They look like shiny briefcases and only appear AFTER the first mission (Somalia)

AFGHANISTAN - 3 CASES

1.Behind the first M-11 missile, up a long path to a ridge. It is sitting on some broken bridge. If you watch carefully, you can see the briefcase in the cutscene showing the missile.
2.After you have killed your first Heavy Armor guard (the one with the yellow health bar) search around the missile platform before heading to the lift. It is right up the back of the platform, up a short set of stairs.
3.Once you have reached Brian Hicks cell, search the area outside before entering. It it is right out the back near some spotlights. Between some sandbags and a lift.

IRAQ - 3 CASES

4.Opposite the bottom of the ladder you climb to take out Ali Youseff’s Lieutenant’s Helicopter.
5.When you reach a big compound, there will be tents and sandbags on the far right corner. Behind the tents will be a huge wall with two sentry towers. It will be right next to the tent, nearest to the wall.
6.Near the end of the mission, there will be an area with metal platforms and gas tanks. It is on a platform above two tanks. You will have to climb a short set of stairs then a ladder to reach it.

AIRCRAFT CARRIER - 3 CASES

7.Head behind the control tower, on the main deck of the aircraft carrier. It is on the one of the lower metal platforms.
8.In the hangar where you blow up a door with a jet fighter, search the wall area near the door. It is behind three missiles.
9.In the last hangar, where you have to activate a missile to sink the ship, look for a basketball court around the back before activating the missile. The case is under the hoop nearest to the wall.

CHINA - 3 CASES

10.When you reach the dam by hovercraft, you will have to climb some stairs and there will control tower on your left. Head past the control tower and cross over a metal bridge over the dam. There will be an identical control tower on this side and the case is just behind it.
11.When you enter the village, take the path to the right, instead of straight ahead. The case is on the second floor of the first house you see on your left.
12.After the only Back-to-Back sequence in China, head between a sand hill and some machinery, on the side of the factory, toward an old truck. The case is next to some dumpster.

MIAMI - 2 CASES

13. Once the gates to the luggage area are open, you have to enter the area, then climb some metal stairs to reach a control panel on the 2nd floor. Before you reach the control panel, there is an office on your left you have to enter with red flooring. Enter the office and the case is right at the back in a corner.
14. At the SCC tower, where you have to take the stairs to the third floor to jump on top of the lift, stop when you reach the top of the stairs and look right. The case is on the balcony opposite from where you are standing.

Elite PMC 50 G

Complete all Missions as a Professional.

To complete this, I would recommend doing this in Co-op.
