Gamerscore Minimum for Upcoming tournament

I too voted 50k.

We only have 42 people over 50k gamerscore, and obviously alot of them either won't join the tournament or aren't even that active on the forums anymore, so I don't think it would be wise to make the minimum 50k. And yes, my opinion is also slightly bias because I am under 50k.

i voted on 25k.... allows more people to be eligible and thats a good thing if you ask me... also..... BRING ON THE CHALLENGE lol....

I think anywhere between 20-30K is reasonable. We got some new members on the last comp that were around that range. Most of the high scores were over 90K already (and then there was Buttoon).

we could always do brackets again or even team brackets. One person from each team has to be in one bracket.

yeah possibly 2 brackets... then the 2 team members shud be in different brackets... something like under 100k and 100k+

I think teams of 2 and random teams would be an easy solution to the gamerscore minimum debate. Have everyone who wants to play sign up, and then divide the players up into 2 groups; say we have 20 players sign up, put the 10 with the highest gamerscore in group A, and the 10 lowest in group B. Then just randomly pair the teams up with 1 player from group A with 1 player from group B.
