Gears3 Horde/beast modes

I do not know if anyone else expresses this same frustration. But why buy a friggin multiplayer game that requires teamwork and not even use a god damn mic. Its 2011 common people. I was on horde last night with not a single player using a mic and everyone going in different directions. Why cant game developers get it right for a change and have a option that people shpould have a mic to play. BTW multiplayer on gears3 is full of stupid ninja rollin shotgun toting people makes the game frustrating .

Agree shotgun sucks to powerfull and i got halfway through on hoard mode and one guy without a mic went awol and we went to save him cost us the game as for beast mode i wont even start shouting about that

I agree 100% I have been guilty a few times not deliberately because of bad connection or my crap mic! In horde or beast mode teamwork is essential so mic is a must!

When I unlock a few more mutators I will give horde a serious go and beast mode, such as bigger explosions, perfect reload boost, and infinite ammo would help a lot on insane run also! Yes you can still get achievements with mutators on

If people did not know 1 of the onyx medals is to complete 50 rounds of horde mode on insane, if you are planning on getting your seriously 3.0 that's one of the medals

It's also nut when you join others that seem to be in a private chat, and are only talking with each other -

I joined one of my friends while he was in act I , but i as far as i could tell - either no mic or in a party chat, so fustrating. But still fun

The shotgun rollers are the reason I quit playing GoW1 mutliplayer. They are just too powerful.

I agree the stupid shotgun crap is super frusterating. but I found beast quite easy. ran through 12 waves each time without a mic. but it sounds like quite the opportunity to set up a boosting session. and if you guys are playing gears you should sign up for our brotherhood.

Lol i kinda deserved that
Tbh Gun Devil all the old gear heads are going crazy because the MP is more noob friendly, why because you can't just wall bounce away and shotty roll every match. Believe it or not all the other guns damage stats have been increased, you do get most guys running shotty but that is CQB anyway only common sense.

I am not getting owned as much as i used to in previous Gears, just completed hardcore last night we will have to get a party ready for beast mode and horde i did not touch them yet.

For the insane run it will be very hard unless we get somebody to host on casual arcade with 1 or 2 others with a few mutators on, then you join on insane. I would be willing to host a casual run some night to help somebody do the insane run, i think thats the only way to go tbh also knock out the 4 player co-op!

If anybody is online later could you just please jump into the prologue with me takes 2 mins, its the only part i need to complete the game in co-op
