Chapter 1 = One shot, One kill (2 secrets)
Chapter 2 = No Man Left Behind (3 secrets)
Chapter 3 = Dangerous Grounds (1 secret)
Chapter 4 = Take Down The Rigs (2 secrets)
Chapter 5 = An Alliance To Save Rodriguez (2 secrets)
Chapter 6 = Weaken The Regime (3 secrets)
Chapter 7 = On Your Own (3 secrets)
Chapter 8 = A Simple Rendezvous (2 secrets)
Chapter 9 = Steal From Under Their Noses (1 secret)
Chapter 10 = The End Is Near (2 secrets)
Chapter 11 = The Hunt Is On (0 secret)
Chapter 12 = Steal From Under Their Noses Part II (3 secrets)
Chapter 13 = A Marksman At His Best (2 secrets)
Chapter 14 = Guardian Angel (1 secret)

NOTE: I did all all of these pretty quickly under easy once I beat it under hard but for some reason there saying I still need secret #29 which I got playing under hard the first go around but am not sure what has happened as I thought I got this achievement but now looking at it today I did not get it - So I have replayed this level 4-5 times and the laptop is just not there no matter what I do its just not there... So i'm not sure but maybe there is a save problem with this game.
