leader board idea

ok i just thought of this and i know it may start some beef but theres a simple way to manage this. well not sure easier for programmers or not (srry guys). well to the point now.

Ok with how many people join our site for the leaderboard and easy achievements but no one lately has been posting to help or give ideas. how about u need to stay active on the forum if you want to stay on the leaderboard. this will also show the people looking to help others out even if it aint to boost. any one agree?

The Leaderboard is set at 90 days for the member to be active for the Gamertag to be displayed. There's no need to post - and unfortunately we cannot set it that they do - all they need to do is to log in once every 90 days.

The only thing we can set is minimum post ; which is five at the moment.

HOWEVER there is a way which would be difficult but not impossible, and that is to set it that a user needs to be part of a Usergroup eg writes an achievement guide that is published, joins a competition, etc.

It was a good idea, but seems somewhat difficult too setup with coding!

I agree, sometihing in my opinion needs to be done as well! I know this site has the comps and stuff going on which is great! But I think we need to get more organized as far as setting something up for ppl that want to boost and get ppl together - Like A Game Night For all of us on the site!

Or How about this!!!

When a New Release Game Comes out have a Comp for the 1st person to 1k a certain Game!!!!


I Just feel that it is difficult to gather members to boost certain games - Ppl just post in the threads & NOT on the Calender and the Boosting session NEVER gets started!!!!

How about in order for a member to stay on the Leaderboard make it a mandatory boosting session at least once every 2 weeks or so......

Like the idea of a "site game nite" just to get all the community involved, could be monthly and on various games.
Only problem is that there are members from allover the world and night for me is probably morning/afternoon for other members

Yeah thats true! I guess we can have a Game Night the same day but starting @ 2 Different times for anyone to Join!


I like the idea of Having a Halo / Gears 2 or COD MW2 Private Party match or something! Something where lots can join all in the Same Room!

Just to get everyone involved or a 2 player Team of a certain match type and have some sort of Tourney of whos a better team (No prizes, just playing for fun!) And Have an Elimination Deal each round!
