I have it on good authority that you can load the last level up on Hard, and then again on Insane to get the Non stackable difficulty game completion achievements.

Achievement Guide

Clingy 25gs

There is a few places to complete this, All you need to is walk up to 15 enemies in a row and kill them using the grapple attack (B button). You must not shoot anyone whilst going after this, as these kills have to be consecutive. (These kills also add up to your 40 grapple kill achievement)

Combat Veteran 25gs

One Man Army 45gs

During story mode, you should accumulate 400 kills, which will unlock Combat Experience, Combat Veteran and One Man Army. Use Grapple or Shooting tactics to kill for these to unlock.

Dead-eye 50gs

For this achievement you need to have a accuracy rating of 80% or higher. I recommed using a sniper rifle to get a headshot, then kill everyone else on the level using Grapple attacks. The stats can be checked by pausing the game (Start button) and going to stats. (Needs to be on Normal or Higher Difficulty)

Sharpshooter 10gs

After you get your gun and get on the elevator turn around to see 4 paratroopers kill these whilst they are decending, not the ones in the distance only the ones nearest to you.

Gravity is a Harsh Mistress 5gs

Right at the start of the game, a paratrooper will land in front of you. Grab him using the Grapple attack (B Button) then throw him to his death using (Up D Pad).

Reservation for One 5gs

This is story related and unlocks at the begining of mission 1

Defender 20gs

This achievement is story related and will unlock when you complete mission 2. (Needs to be on Normal or Higher Difficulty)

Save Yourself 25gs

This achievement is story related and will unlock when you complete mission 3.

Need a Ride? 20gs

This achievement is story related and will unlock when you complete mission 4 (Needs to be on Normal or Higher Difficulty)

TV Repairs 5gs

During mission 5, you will come accross an enemy soldier in a kitchen next to a TV. Grapple him (B Button) and then (Up D Pad) to smash his head into the TV for this to unlock.

I Saved the General 20gs

This achievement is story related and will unlock during mission 5 (Needs to be on Normal or Higher Difficulty)

Impeached 30gs

This achievement is story related and will unlock at the end of mission 5

Swirly Time! 5gs

During Mission 6, Keep your eyes open for a room with Enemies and another door inside to a toilet. There will be an enemy sat on the toilet, use a grapple attack (B Button) and then (Up D Pad) to push his head in the toilet for this to unlock.

Going Nuclear 30gs

This achievement is story related and will unlock when you complete mission 6 (Needs to be on Normal or Higher Difficulty)

Stowaway 30gs

This achievement is story related and will unlock when you complete mission 7.

Dolly Madison Award 20gs

During the story mode on mission "Assassination Plan" you will come accross a soldier throwing papers into a fire, kill the soldier and then on the left hand side of the fire on a pile of books is a paper you need to collect using (B Button). When you have collected the paper this achievement will unlock. (Needs to be on Normal or Higher Difficulty)

Environmentalism 15gs

This achievement will unlock once you have grappled 40 enemies, worth working on both this & Clingy at the same time. This achievement is acculmative kills but does not need to be consecutive kills. You can repeat a level over and over until this unlocks if you wish.

Exploding Monkey 20gs

For this achievement you need to throw a grenade and kill 4 enemy soldiers at the same time, there are a number of places you can do this. I did this in the White House when escaping.

Master Sniper 35gs

For this achievement you will need the Sniper Rifle, I did this on mission 6 on the roof and picked off the enemies behind the sandbags on the right / left hand side and also on the surrounding walls. There is a Sniper rifle right in front of you just below some spot lights. You must kill 10 with headshots in a row for this to unlock.

Oh, the Humanity! 30gs

On level "Leviathan" collect as many rockets for the rocket launcher you can, then after you leave the elevator turn right and you will see two enemy airships destroy them both for this achievement to unlock.

Run! 25gs

For this achievement you need to run for 30 mins, this is accumulative accross all the levels so run whenever you can and you should unlock this before then end of the game.

Turning Point 25gs

See "Presidential Medal for Merit" achievement

Presidential Medal for Merit 35gs

Play through the game on "Normal" difficulty for both "Turning Point" & "Presidential Medal for Merit" to unlock.

Presidential Citizens Medal 75gs

See "Presidential Medal of Freedom" achievement

Presidential Medal of Freedom 100gs

Once you have completed the game on normal, select the last level and play on "Hard", then repeat on "Insane" for both "Presidential Citizens Medal" & "Presidential Medal of Freedom" to unlock.

Join an online match and jump off a high building for this achievement to unlock.

One in the Chamber 10gs

In an online match you need to kill someone with the last bullet in your clip. Easier with a boosting partner

pwnt 15gs

In a ranked or player Deathmatch be the player with the highest score (8 people required) for this to unlock.

Stayin' Alive 40gs

For this you need to stay alive in a Deathmatch, you can either hide in a corner or do with boosting partner and set the time / score low if your hosting.

Team Player 25gs

Win 20 Ranked Team Deathmatches, Reported to be glitched so that win or lose you will get this early.

Uberdork 25gs

Win 5 Ranked Deathmatches, again reported to be glitched so that win or lose you will get this early.

World Tour 15gs

For this you need to complete both Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch on the 4 maps, totalling 8 games.
