Halo reach legendary solo harder than COD?

This campaign is kicking my arse and it takes me 2 hours to beat each level. I honestly think its harder than any cod game.

I agree.

2 hours per level. That is better than my times. I get one done about every day. So maybe 4+ hours... It is ridiculous. Honestly, it is just insane.

Guys it's not hard unless u make it hard!
Few tips and u will easily get solo legendry, I am on last level hopefully do it 2moro. Always go for headshots only, conserve ammo. Use noob combo it's cheap but remember it's quicker and u don't use half a clip to get shields down. Always try and keep DMR or needler rifle as main weapon or magnum handgun, then sniper rifle for 1 shot headkills rocket launcher or powerod for emergency as power weapons.
Hologram as your main armour if u can get it send it opposite direction then pick off enemies when there is turned, or get camo crouch and sometimes avoid battles completely.
Lots of people say bubble shield I never ever use it, I only had any trouble on exodus and that was only 1 part I had to do a checkpoint a few times.
Patience and u will walk it trust me if u have AI teammates wait move in move back they will eventually take them out or distract them for you 2 headshot. It's not harder than cod maybe the new 1 but not the rest all I can say is patience don't rush!

Lol I beat it on Legendary solo in 9 hours, but that may just be because I used to be semi-pro in halo :P

It's the lack of ammo that does me. I love the sniper rifle but you would think with their advanced Spartan technology with armor lock and holographic projection they would develop a sniper that carrys more than 4 bullets in a clip??

 

Forget shooting the Elites when trying to enter the Corvette. I just ran past them and hid in a corner next to the door to the Hanger. Checkpoint came after five minutes, then ran to the hanger. Saves you a lot of ammo

Just finished Exodus and that last LONG CHECKPOINT WAS painful.

I found the best way to go on legendary solo so far is always carry a plasma pistol and dmr, charge plasma pistol shot wipes out enemy shields straight away, follow by switching weapons and headshot with dmr. Saves ammo in a big way and makes taking down enemies a bit easier.

Harder than Modern Warfare 2 for sure, but no way it's harder than Call of Duty 4 or Grenades at War. Even the 10th level of Reach on Legendary is like playing Avatar The Last Airbender when compared to Heart of the Reich on Veteran.

Finally, I finished Legendary Solo... The DMR and Plasma Pistol combo does help a lot.

Seems like it has taken over my life. Now what will I do with myself...

Looks like I will have to play matchmaking (I truly suck at it) to get to LTC...
