There is a total of 11 achievements that all but one can be completed in one game or before the game but make sure its in Franchise mode.

Enter History Book 10G
Enter any of the history book screens in franchise mode
Go into the history book screen in franchise mode

Activate RS Card 10G
Activate any of the RS cards
Press the RS while in the schedule during Franchise Mode

Score a Touchdown 30G
Score a Touchdown in any offline game mode
Enter the other side of the field’s end zone for 6 pts. Run it or throw it to a person that gets inside.

Get a First Down 20G
Gain a first down in any offline game mode
This is real simple as you need to gain 10 yards in 4 tries

Complete an Offline Game 30G
Successfully complete an offline game
Finish 4 quarters win or lose achievements yours

Four Sacks in one Game 100G
Amass four Sacks in one game
To sack someone you must tackle the QB while he has the ball behind the line of scrimmage. Turn Off sides off and stand next to the QB 4 times and achievement unlocked.

Win a Franchise Game 100G
Win a user controlled Franchise game
Make sure your in franchise and playing on easy and beat the comp just have off sides off and sack the QB every time and you will have the ball 90% of the game.

Rush for 200 Yards 100G
Successfully rush for 200 yards or more
Edit the stats so your team is great and the comps is horrible then just toss out to the side and run up some yards.

Pass for 350 Yards 100G
Successfully pass for 350 Yards
Drop back into the pocket and throw to your receivers until your QB has over 350 yards. If you are doing the sack trick you will always have the ball so plenty of time to accumulate 350 yards. Def since the field is 100 yards itself.

Win the super Bowl 100G
Win the Super Bowl with your Franchise team
Make sure you are in franchise mode and you pick a good team like the Patriots now sim and make sure you get to the playoffs. Save it here then sim each game one at a time while saving after each VICTORY. The last game will be the super bowl just play and make sure you win it.

Complete 30 Years of Franchise 400G
Successfully complete 30 years of Franchise mode
In Franchise mode just simulate all the way to 2035 and the achievement is your this will take the longest amount of time good luck
