If you are not into collectibles, then I would advise against getting this game. The sheer amount (500+) of collecting them takes the bulk of playing as they are everywhere. I found the game a little frustrating also during some story missions tasks, although it may be because I was a little impatient and just wanted this game to end.

The game is divided into two sections : Story Missions and Toy Box (super easy open world missions). It is best to do all of the Story Missions first as you will need all the collectibles from them anyway before heading into Toy Box.

ACHIEVEMENT GUIDE


Train Catcher - 10 points
Finished Loco Motives

First Story Mission (Train Rescue) and cannot be missed. For collectibles each mission has stat page to let you know if you missed anything. Check post below for the collectible list.


No Toy Left Behind - 25 points
Rescue all the orphans on the Train

This is in the first mission. There are six orphans you have to rescue and they are not hard to miss as they are out in the open. Pick them up by pressing X and Buzz will pick them up.


Off the Hook - 10 points
Finished Hold the Phone

Second Story Mission (Andy's House) and cannot be missed. Actually when you finish Train Rescue above, you will be thrown automatically into Toy Box. Just do Hamm's little Shoulder Charge Destroy Shack Mission then exit back out to the Game Board. Then move to the second mission called Andy's House.


Defeat Zurg - 10 points
Finished To Infinity and Beyond

Third Story Mission (Buzz Video Game) and cannot be missed.


Space Ranger Elite - 25 points
Reach Zurg’s base without losing all your health

This achievement is unlocked on the third mission. I would only attempt this after you have collected all the collectibles. Basically you just have to reach the base without dying.

The first part just shoot every debris you can and dodge the rock walls by pressing A and moving your left stick. There are a couple of health packs along the way, but you shouldn't need them.

During the meteor shower, just run in a straight line and you will be fine.

The next parts are dangerous with floating rocks. You have to be very careful where you jump and just make sure you can reach the next rock ok. Just take your time. You can avoid the first robot fight by jumping straight into the geyser after destroying the crystal.

At the second geyser robot fight, I found it easier to destroy all the robots and spiders and then attend to the pounding the pressure rocks. Just be very quick and they will eventually stop respawning.

The next floating rocks are the most deceiving and dangerous. They are constantly moving. Again just take your time.

The last robot fight can easily become your grave as there are five pressure rocks and you have to float to three of them. I found it easier to deal with all the robots and spiders quickly then attend to the rocks. Killing the spiders first also wipes out a lot of robots with their shock waves. After you pound the last rock in, more robots appear. Don't bother with them and just jump into the geyser. Then all you have to do is laser blast the Zurg's turret at the entrance and the achievement will unlock as you jump in.


Carnival Conqueror - 10 points
Finished Fair Play

Fourth Story Mission (Sunnyside Daycare) and cannot be missed.


We can rebuild him - 25 points
Collect all of Zurg's Parts

This is unlocked in the Fourth Story Mission (Sunnyside Daycare). Use the collectible guide and you will get this. There are only four pieces and they are not hard to find.


True Carny - 25 points
Achieve gold on all carnival games

This is unlocked in the Fourth Story Mission. You need to complete the three mini-games to complete the level, however this achievement requires you get gold on these three mini games. You also need to get gold on these mini-games for the collectibles to appear.

The three games are

1. Horseback Balloon Pop - given by Twitch (bug)
2. Teeny Racer Challenge - given by Sparks (robot)
3. Alley Toss - given by Chunk (rock guy)

The first two are easy enough after a few tries. Get to know the course really well and you should have plenty of time. The teeny racer is easier if you use Y a lot to do 180˚ turns.

The last mini-game is the hardest mini-game ever I swear to you. You need to exactly knock out 100 aliens with no misses and they come quick and fast. Even to reach the qualifying 50 I found it frustrating. However I found a super easy cheat!

Save your game and then sign in a second controller. With two controllers you now have 155 Aliens to deal with. A lot more but you still ONLY need 100 to get gold. Tape down the right trigger of the second controller and have the reticule just above one of the blue plastic boxes. Check the picture below.



Start the mini game and the second controller is now shooting constant balls and hitting any alien that attempts to climb over the plastic box. A lot more aliens are spawning now so you should reach 100 very quickly. With this method I managed to get 155 first try!

Rocket Launcher - 10 points
Finished Witch Way Out

Fifth Story Mission (Bonnie's House) and cannot be missed.


Making a break for it - 10 points
Finished Hide-N-Sneak

Sixth Story Mission (Prison Break) and cannot be missed.


Sneaky Sneaky - 25 points
Finished the Prison Break without ever tripping an alarm

Tricky achievement as there is very little room for error. I struggled with this until I watched this video below. The hardest part is jumping to reach Rex. Watch the video below so you can get the timing right.

Mashing the Masher - 10 points
Finished Trash Thrash

Seventh Story Mission (Junkyard) and cannot be missed. There's a lot of character swapping on this level and you are timed.


Muffin Massacre - 20 points
Finished Muffin to Fear

Eighth Story Mission (Haunted Bakery) and cannot be missed.

The strategy to beat the witch boss is to use the big cannon to clear the muffins, green gas blobs and small witches - which will drain the health of the larger witch - then use the jump pad to jump to the cow launcher to attack the main witch. Note: The big cannon cannot damage the main witch and the cow launcher cannot damage the small witches.


Mapnipulator - 10 points
Explored all the objects on the map

Easy achievement. All you have to do is move the crayon around the Game Board above certain items and press A and they will animate. Starting from the top left corner:

1. The two checker pieces
2. The dice piece
3. The ship
4. The cannon
5. The fish
6. The treasure chest
7. The knight chess piece

Welcome to Town - 10 points
Finish the Woody's Roundup tutorials

Enter Toy Box and straight away you will be given very short quests by Hamm.

1. Destroying shacks (which you may have already done)
2. Putting a hat on an Alien
3. Paint a building
4. Go and talk to Stinky Pete
5. Pick for gold (given by Stinky Pete)


First Sale - 5 points
Buy a toy from the Toy Store

Just go to the Toy Store (chicken) in Toy Box mode and buy something.


Toy Collector - 50 points
Purchase every item in the Toy Store

You will need about 50,000 to buy everything and some items will not be available until you complete certain missions. Don't worry it sounds a lot, but it is really easy to get gold in this game. You also get around 23,000 when you complete the mission where you defeat Hamm.


Pict-O-Amateur - 25 points
Complete 1 disc of Pict-O-Matic missions

See Pict-O-Master achievement.


Pict-O-Collector - 25 points
Find all 6 discs of Pict-O-Matic missions

This mission is given by a towns person with a cowboy hat. He will mention Pict-O-Matic. Once he gives you the mission, use the compass to find the first disc for the device, which will be across from the Mission List pink pig in town.

Here are the other five locations

In the mining area near Slinky's farm
Near the well in Zurgs Spaceport
In the graveyard in Sid's Haunted Mansion
At the end of the bridge in the Enchanted Glen
Top floor of the Hotel you built - you will unlock this hotel to build after you have completed the mission "Blow Up The Dam"


Pict-O-Master - 50 points
Complete all Pict-O-Matic missions

You will need the Pict-O-Matic viewing device (not to be confused with Toy Camera below achievement ) which you will unlock after you have completed the "Lost and Found" mission. See Pict-O-Collector achievement above.

Once you unlock the device, select it using the D-pad and press X. What you need to do is re-create the scene or scenario. For costume pictures, throw the townspeople or alien into a barber, tailor or hat shop. Once you have created the scene, you will get a mission completed message. If the item is unavailable, you still need to collect it.

If you see an arrow in the picture, you will need to throw or kick the animal or townspeople into the direction of the arrow into a building or field.


Photojournalist - 15 points
Complete all Toy Camera missions

You need to build the Newspaper building first, then the camera will become available in the Toy Store for 1000. Once you have unlocked the camera go find Wheezy (the penguin) to get the missions. There is another guy that gives out missions (has a baseball hat) but they are irrelevant to this achievement. Just stick with Wheezy. To select the camera press left or right on D-pad and then X to use

I got high scores whenever there was a bank job or use the Goo machine and make something big with the Green goo.


Spooky Town - 10 points
Purchase Sid's Haunted House

You will need 5,000 to purchase this from the Al's Toy Store (chicken). Once you have purchased it, a new area are opens up. Climb to the top and a new mission starts.


Cuddly Town - 10 points
Purchase Lotso's Enchanted Glen

You will need 5,000 to purchase this from the Al's Toy Store (chicken). Once you have purchased it, a new area are opens up. Climb to the top and a new mission starts.


To Infinity… - 10 points
Purchase Zurg's Spaceport

You will need 5,000 to purchase this from the Al's Toy Store (chicken). Once you have purchased it, a new area are opens up. Climb to the top and a new mission starts.


Airborn Ranger - 10 points
Hit 15 Paratrooper targets

You will need to buy the Paratroopers from Al's Toy Store (chicken). Once you have purchased them, they will appear on top of a building or cliff top with green military star. You need throw the Paratroopers and then glide them to various targets. The easiest ones I found are in the new town area (near the dam) and the one above Slinky's ranch. You only need to do 15 out of 30 targets.


First Bronze - 5 points
Earn a bronze medal in a vehicle challenge

See First Gold achievement below.


First Silver - 10 points
Earn a silver medal in a vehicle challenge

See First Gold achievement below.


First Gold - 25 points
Earn a gold medal in a vehicle challenge

This can be done on any race, except the easiest is using Bullseye (horse). You can buy him at Al's Toy Store. Do the race that starts (facing the town hall) right of the Town Hall. You CANNOT get Gold first on this race or you will be unable to unlock Bronze and Silver. So do the Bronze time first, then Silver and then Gold. On your first attempt go bad and take your time so you know the course and wait until the timer goes red to warn 30 second left. With the Gold attempt, just hold down the RT all the way.

Bronze time : 1:30
Silver time : 1:00
Gold time : 0:40


Gold Super Star -100 points
Collect all the Gold Stars

This will most likely be the last achievement and the most time consuming. There are 103 missions and all are very simple with some being slightly ambiguously descriptive. With the races, you only have to reach bronze.

You can access and view your progress by clicking the start button and selecting Gold Stars.

Secret Achievements


No Swimming - 25 points
Blow up the dam and expand your town

You will get this mission to blow up the dam once you finish Hamm's "Build The Bank" mission. A gate will open to a new part of town. Just follow around and hit the targets with a ball to lower the platforms or blow up the dynamite.

To blow up the dam, all you have to do is throw a ball at the dynamite.


Rescue Space Ranger - 40 points
Save Mayor Hamm from the bandits

You will get this mission from a townsperson after you blow up the dam and build four buildings for Hamm You just need to go to the Bandit's Hideout and blow up their shacks with barrels of TNT. You will unlock the TNT Shack once you do a mission for Stinky Pete in finding a trapped miner.

The hideout can be a little tricky to find as the compass seems to go all over the place. Head for Slinky's Ranch and then turn right towards the canyon. There will be a wooden walkway left of the stunt park entrance. Follow the walkway until you get to a wall jump. Just follow around and you will ride a mine cart rail, head forward, climb up and then eventually you will see a chess piece. The entrance is on your right.


Give Me My Gold Back - 75 points
Defeat Mayor Hamm in the Woody's Roundup boss battle

You will get this mission after you build the statue for Hamm. To defeat the mothership you need to toss barrels of TNT up the sucking retractor beam. Try to be quick and aim for the center of the beam or the barrels will not get sucked up. Three barrels will destroy the ship. You should get about 23,000 in gold for this mission.

Default Story Mission Collectibles

Train Rescue
  1. Round Up Card - As soon as you jump the first fence, go left and up the ramp and across the archway to the right, as at the end is card.
  2. Round Up Card - Straight after the last card you will see it. You will need to die and start again to get this card. There will be two rocks in the middle of the path. Jump on the first, then on second rock will be the card.
  3. Round Up Card - After the rock avalanche, on the right there it will be floating above crumbling cliff face.
  4. Round Up Card - When you enter the mine, take left path and it is in front of you.
  5. Round Up Card - After you rescue the first orphan it will appear.
  6. Round Up Card - After you rescue the second orphan by throwing the ball, it will appear.
  7. Townsperson - Shoulder Charge the gray crate on the left after the second orphan.
  8. Round Up Card - After you rescue the third orphan, Shoulder Charge the door to collect it.
  9. Special Card - After you use the catapult to toss the cow, then use it yourself it will be behind an orphan
  10. Round Up Card - After you rescue the fourth orphan above, on the left.
  11. Andy's Memorabilia - After you rescue the sixth orphan.

Andy's House
  1. Townsperson - As soon as you start, run under the bed in front of you to find a Townsperson.
  2. Round Up Card - Inside the orange trash container next to Andy's desk. You need to just jump into it.
  3. Round Up Card - Underneath the cardbox near Andy's bed. You need to ground pound (A +Y ) the box for it to be revealed.
  4. Round Up Card - To the right of the open window, ground pound the cardboard box to reveal it.
  5. Round Up Card - Behind the red plastic basket in Andy's room. Just move to reveal the card in an open box.
  6. Round Up Card - After you land on the dresser table, the draws will open to reveal a card.
  7. Special Card - When you reach the basement, look straight ahead.Shoulder Charge the brown air vent left of the bottom of the stairs.
  8. Andy's Memorabilia - Go climb to the top of the stairs and on top of the box.
  9. Round Up Card - After the last collectible, slide down the stair hand rail to land on top of the ironing board.
  10. Round Up Card - On top of the refrigerator in the corner.
  11. Round Up Card - Behind the sliding glass door when you rescue an army man.
  12. Round Up Card - Use the army man on top of the washing machine. Throw up the army man towards the Halloween pumpkin and it should be enough for it to glide and pick it up.
  13. Round Up Card - behind some cleaning products where an army man is on a high shelf above right of the washing machine.

Buzz Video Game
  1. Star Command Card - After the radio announcer says "entering debris field", will be in the middle of path.
  2. Star Command Card - Soon after learning the dodge move, you will clear some debris and it will be in the middle of path.
  3. Star Command Card - Tricky one. You will come to a second area after you clear debris, where you again use the dodge move. It is close to the rock on your left. Might take a couple of tries.
  4. Special Card - After the meteor shower you will navigate through some floating rocks. Eventually you will fight robots and fly in the air by a geyser and descend to more floating rocks. Before you hit the next area with a geyser, you can see the card on a floating rock. Destroy the crystal to your right and it will break some rocks. Be quick and jump on the rock that floats by.
  5. Star Command Card - After the second area with the geyser and robots you will float down to more floating rocks. You will see this right in the middle of the floating rocks.
  6. Star Command Card - Exactly in the same area look to your right. You can barely see it but there is another card on a floating rock.
  7. Townsperson - In Zurg's Base. After dropping through an air vent, you will come to a 2D side scrolling area where you jump over electric beams, then reach a large spinning drill. Look to the right next to the drill is the Buzz figure. You will need to do a wall jump to reach it.
  8. Star Command Card - When you reach at the top of the drill, it will be on your left.
  9. Star Command Card - When you reach an area with big Z in the floor, you will need to destroy the turrets, robots and crystals to disable the force field. Once you do, drop down and it will be in an alcove.
  10. Star Command Card - On top of the second drill you climb.

Sunnyside Daycare
  1. Star Command Card - As soon as you start change to Buzz and hop onto the blue animal tank with a snake on your left. Change to Woody and go and stand next to Buzz on the animal tank. Change to Buzz , turn 180 ˚and pick up Woody and throw him onto the roof of the green play house. Change to Woody and pick up the card here on the roof.
  2. Townsperson - With Woody on the roof of play house, go towards the window with balloons above on the wall. Look towards the front door and you will see shinning hooks hanging from the ceiling. The Townsperson is floating above the door but you may not see it from here. Slide down the roof then press A to double jump and then X to do Woody's Special move. Do it three times and you will see the Townsperson after the last hook.
  3. Star Command Card - With Buzz still on the fish tank, jump across the green shelving following the wall with butterflies until you reach upside down plastic containers. The card is behind them.
  4. Star Command Card - With Buzz, go back to the top of the animal tank. Change to Woody and have him stand next to Buzz. Let Buzz throw Woody back on top of the roof of green playhouse. Then as Buzz turn around and jump onto the green shelf and then smaller blue shelf. Look right and double jump to the big shelf in the middle of the room. You will see a rope going across the room. Double jump towards the rope and a cut scene will occur where Buzz slides up the rope to roof of the playhouse. Do a 180˚ turn and jump back on the rope to slide up to an overhead light. Change to Woody and do the same by jumping on the rope. You should now have both Woody and Buzz onto top of the overhead light. Look across and you will see an air vent with the card. Just use Buzz to toss Woody to pick up the card.
  5. Star Command Card - Drop Woody down and then walk towards the back right hand corner of the room. Wall jump to reach the top of the bench then hop across to Rex on the shelf. Turn around and do Woody's Special Move and you will land on top of the shelf with the card.
  6. Star Command Card - Make Woody turn 180˚ and you will see the card in the corner on top of a shelf opposite. Hop down with Woody to go back and join Rex on the shelf. Drop Buzz down and make him join Rex and Woody on the shelf. Have Buzz toss Woody across the big gap for Woody to climb and pick up the card.
  7. Special Card - Take Jesse and make her jump on top of the animal tank near the green playhouse. Jump onto the green shelf and then smaller blue shelf. Look right and double jump to the big shelf in the middle of the room. You will see a rope going across the room. Double jump towards the rope and a cut scene will occur where Jesse slides up the rope to roof of the playhouse. Do a 180˚ turn and jump back on the rope to slide up to an overhead light. Turn Jesse around to face the front door of the day care centre. Double jump to the next overhead light and then to the next one. Look left and you will see the card spinning above flashing butterflies. Jump onto the Butterfly and land using X. (You may need to jump from the center under the chain of the lamp to reach the butterfly) Jump to the next butterfly then jump up to reach the card.
  8. Zurg Part Cape - Left back corner of the room under a desk, next to Sparks the robot.
  9. Zurg Part Body - On a shelf behind the dollhouse in the middle of the room. Next to the purple octopus.
  10. Zurg Part Head - On a stool near the ramp of the playhouse.
  11. Zurg Part Gun - There's an art easel with a painting of sail boat next to Chunk, the rock-like toy. The gun is floating in between. Go under the easel to see it.
  12. Star Command Card - Get gold on the Horseback Balloon Pop by popping 40 Balloons and the card will appear next to Twitch, bug guy.
  13. Star Command Card - Get gold by smashing 10 blocks on the Teeny Racer Challenge and the card will appear next to Sparks, toy robot.
  14. Star Command Card - Get gold by eliminating 100 aliens in the Alley Toss and the card will appear next to Chunk, rock-like toy. Hardest collectible to get as this is a very frustrating mini-game with no room for error. However if you are struggling with this, see my guide for a super easy way to get this.

Bonnie's House
  1. Toy Card - When you reach a floating bedside table with a pink lamp, use Woody's Special Move (X) to reach the card on top of the lamp.
  2. Star Command Card - When you shoulder charge a block, you will see it under a chair. Wall jump to reach the top the chair, then shoulder charge again another block to reach it.
  3. Toy Card - Shortly after the last card, you will shimmy across. It will be on a book. Drop down to reach it.
  4. Toy Card - When you reach an shelving area, there will be an orange helicopter hovering to your left. Use Woody's Special Move three times to reach it.
  5. Toy Card - Turn around and jump back using Special Moves on the helicopters again and you will see the card on the top shelf.
  6. Toy Card - Work your way up and eventually you will reach a glittering book that goes up and down like an elevator. Jump onto it and go straight ahead to smash some blocks, and the card is behind the blocks.
  7. Special Card - When you reach the hamster tube, jump onto the blue plastic tub. Wall jump up the tube to reach another card.
  8. Star Command Card - When you reach a pink floating case and the witch wall comes towards you, you will see the card floating on top of a bar of soap on the left.
  9. Toy Card - When you enter your first rocket control room, insert the battery then ride the elevator up then turn left and follow the edge path around to find another card.
  10. Townsperson - From the first rocket, you jump from one green rail to the next. Eventually you end up inside an asteroid. Inside the asteroid look for an alcove with a flashing cracked floor. Do a ground pound to crack open the floor and you will land on another rock with a Townsperson.

Prison Break
  1. Alien - After Woody presses the red button to free Jessie, switch to Jessie on top of the red plastic container and turn 180˚. Go around the back and turn a corner to find an Alien.
  2. Toy Story 3 Card - After you use Jessie to push the red button to free Rex, continue right, along the windows, to find the card on top of a shelf.
  3. Toy Card - On top of one of the tables in the middle of the room
  4. Toy Card - Underneath one of the tables in the middle of the room
  5. Toy Card - Underneath a blue table opposite where you found the last card.
  6. Toy Story 3 Card - Before you free Slinky, you enter an area where you need to do a Woody Special Move for the first time to reach the shelf. There is a Toy Card on the bottom shelf.
  7. Andy's Memorabilia - Switch back to Jessie if she is still where she freed Rex. Go back up the darts again and back to where you pick up the first Toy Story 3 Card (2). Turn towards the overhead light and you should see it on top. Double jump to reach it.
  8. Special Card - Double jump to the next overhead light to find another card.
  9. Toy Card - You can see it from the Special Card you just picked if you look ahead (on top on a shelf above the door frame), but you are unlikely to reach it from there. Use Woody as you attempt to rescue Hamm. When reach the red shelving, shimmy right, instead of left to reach it.
  10. Toy Card - After you push the red button for Hamm, before you talk to him, jump down and go back of the secured area. It is at the back.

Junkyard
  1. Toy Story 3 Card - As soon as you switch to Jessie, turn 180˚ and you will find the card at the end of the duct.
  2. Toy Story 3 Card - After Buzz drops the block for Jessie, she'll climb up on to the pipes and there will be a card on the right.
  3. Special Card - Right after finding the last card, Jessie will jump across to the top of the screen to reach more pipes. Look left on another set of pipes for the special card.
  4. Andy's Memorabilia - Switch to Woody and you should be at the power lever. Do a Special Move to pull the lever and jump on high to the pipes above right to reach this photo. The achievement should unlock for Memories here.
  5. Toy Story 3 Card - After Woody presses the red button to stop the electricity, shimmy all the way to the right, then hop onto the air duct. At the back is the card.
  6. Alien - You can see it above Jessie as she lands on a yellow switch. After Buzz tosses blocks to break the fans, he needs to pick up another block and throw it down below where Jessie is. Jessie can jump off the yellow switch and jump on the block to reach the Alien on the left.
  7. Toy Story 3 Card - After Woody pulls the second power lever with a Special Move, move ahead and you will see the card on top of an air duct.
  8. Toy Story 3 Card - Straight after the last card, it will be further ahead before a gap
  9. Toy Story 3 Card - After Woody does a Special Move to reach a yellow button, it is right next to the button.
  10. Toy Story 3 Card - After Jessie jumps across flame pipes, it is at the end.
  11. Toy Story 3 Card - As Woody the last power lever has a card on the opposite side.

Haunted Bakery

Note : You will need to destroy all the buildings to reveal all the cards
  1. Special Card - As soon as you start, turn left and you will see the card on top of the burn out building in front of a jump pad. Use the rock on the left of the building to jump to the second floor.
  2. Toy Story 3 Card - If facing the giant cake after you defeat the muffins - on top of the first building on your left.
  3. Toy Story 3 Card - On top of the second building on your left.
  4. Toy Story 3 Card - On top of the first building on your right.
  5. Toy Story 3 Card - On top of the second building on your right.
  6. Toy Story 3 Card - Facing away from the cake at the intersection - on top of the building on the left
  7. Toy Story 3 Card - On top of the building in the center.
  8. Toy Story 3 Card - On top of the building on your right.
  9. Alien - You will need to completely destroy all the buildings before this Alien appears in the middle intersection. Use the cannon and cow launcher to help you destroy the buildings faster.

GOLD STAR MISSIONS

There are 103 missions and all are very simple with some being slightly ambiguously descriptive. With the races, you only have to reach bronze.

You can access and view your progress by clicking the start button and selecting Gold Stars. Here some below that could be puzzling

Barrel Buster
Perform 2 rolls and 1 spin in the air before your vehicle lands

You have to do combo stunts with the Sports Car at the Stunt Park. Choose the ramp in the middle with the building blocks. Avoid the blocks when you attempt your stunt as they break your combo. For this you need to do 2 barrel rolls and a spin. Once you hit the bottom head straight ahead for the picture ramp, as it will teleport you back to the top.

To do a barrel roll : Left Stick + hold X
To do a spin : Left Stick + hold A
To do a flip : Left Stick up or down + hold A

Cow tipper
Some cows need tough love

Shoulder charge (press Y) ten cows

Demolition Expert
Give your townspeople a little KABOOM

Blow twenty people up with TNT barrels.

Engine City
Listen to those buildings purr

You need to find the engine roof prize capsule which is in the Stunt Track. Then customize five buildings with it. The icon in the customize menu looks like a person on top of a little house. Only certain buildings can be used, so the icon may be greyed out. Select the chrome roof from the list.

Grow Your Own Gold
Can you figure out how to make a gold vein?

Once you have the Goo machine, go get green Goo and throw it onto a gold vein to make it bigger.

Knock it Off
A little horseplay with the mission givers

Shoulder charge Hamm, Slinky or Stinky Pete 10 times

Master Re-animator
Your town is dead....literally

Create 10 zombie townspeople with zombie outfits.

Moving Target

Easiest way to get this is to go to the Paratrooper on top of the hill left of where the stagecoach appears for the Save The Stagecoach mission. This mission re-spawns after a bank robbery. Wait until the mission starts, run to the hill as the stagecoach is stationary and easy for the paratrooper to land.

The stagecoach also appears after you purchase from the Toy Store, but it is constantly moving.

Porcupine
Careful with the cactus, it likes to fight back

There are cactuses around with a spring on its base. Shoulder charge these 10 times. Make sure it hits you back.

Western Collector

There are roughly 450+ collectibles (capsules) so there's a LOT. Make sure you SWEEP every area thoroughly, especially when you do the Zurg Spaceport, Enchanted Glen and Haunted House. They are mostly out in the open, but they can be behind cannons, hidden panels or smashable doors.

The best advice I can say is pick up ANYTHING that floats or open anything that remotely might hold a collectible. By the end guaranteed you'll only have about ten or so missing. If you are still missing some, try these below.

Here are the ones you could miss:

Inside Items

There are each three Enchanted chests, Haunted Chess Pieces and Zurg boxes to open for collectibles around the general town area. Use the weapon you received from the related areas to open them.

Haunted House

Near the Haunted House is a tree with a button that shoots an owl. Next to the tree is a patch of dirt. Use the pick to dig up a prize capsule.

As you first enter the house, after the third key is found, a pair of doors opens to a hallway. Jump across the gap and look immediately right. There's a secret panel. Push it forward to open for a capsule.

Stunt Park

The one with the ramp races is full of easily missed capsules. Here are some below.

Do ALL the races here and events. The Big Ramp Challenge has three ramps at the end. Each ramp leads to a different tunnel each with a capsule.

When you first enter the park, head left for the dirt track right of the unicorn statue. Drive forward until you see a blue and yellow ramp on your left. Go left but do not go over the ramps instead navigate around them. If you drive slowly enough you will see two arches on your left. On top of the second arch is a capsule.

On the same track above, head forward until the track completely ends. Do a 180˚ turn (press Y) and head back. You will ride over two hills, then veer a hard left over to a steep climb. See image below



At the top you will see a pair cactuses on your left on darker dirt. You need to drive onto this area and the capsule is at the top. See image below. The arrow points where the capsule will be.




Candy Store

Once you buy the candy store, throw a ball at the X at the front. There are about 20+ that come out. Keep throwing until you get just gold coins. Some times the button sticks, so you have to throw the ball at another building and come back.

Town Hall Capsule

You can see it but how do you get to it? Go to the hat store and press X and it will drop a platform at the front with a hat. Jump onto the hat and it will propel you to the top of the town hall.
