Donations

You asked for it. There is now a donations tab at the top of the forum and a link on the top nav bar.

We are just trialling the system so feel free to make a minimum amount to make sure it all goes smooth for the first few weeks.

Please note that ALL donations go to the transferring this site to a dedicated server, hosting fees and maintenance. None will be used for prizes.

Moving to a dedicated server will stop those annoying "Database Error Messages" and in turn we can handle more traffic. More traffic means more competitions and members.

Nice to see it up and running Slam, remember guys this will improve the site for us as a community.
It may be a little quiet for next week or 2 with the comp, Slam can you send a P.M. to each member just incase they do not see the section it is not being pushy just informing our fellow gamers how they can help.
If you can make any donation it will help nothing is to big or too small, even if you do not make a donation nothing changes just stay an active member of the site that will help also

Not sure to send a PM to everyone - thought just the announcement panel at the top of the forum would suffice? Only members can see it when they log in.

I have made the badge requestable, since there is the option to donate anonymously and they may not want a badge.

Yeah probably right about the P.M. it's just a lot of gamers go around with blinkers on, and only see the section the are looking for some guys never even see the main page articles lol...

I didn't see the anonymous donation part let's hope Bill Gates is feeling nice to us, and donates anonymous since we are keeping Microsoft going with all the R.R.D. Xboxes and all the crap games we have bought.
