PORTAL 2 & prequels?

A prequel, would be best..... just picture it:

You are given a choice of playing a male or female at the start of the game.
Black screen, and slowly a horizontal sliver of light comes on the screen as your character opens their eyes.
You are "walked" through a door, where you see a young man on a computer screen/monitor - "Welcome to Apature Science, my name is CAVE JONHSON"........

There is a VOICE (not computer or pre-recorded messages) that tells you about the $60 you will recieve for participating in these tests. During the first couple of stages you are told about the "GELS" and how to use them (remember the gels are is the older section of PORTAL 2 - therefore they were around years ago - but GLaDOS did not use them in the first PORTAL)

DURING the game ONE of these "TEST" chambers has an explosion ( keep in mind that all the test chambers have two-way mirrors and you are being evaluated - by someone behind the mirror ). As soon as you have cleared/removed from the chamber you hear a NEW VOICE, but this time they tell you that CAVE JONHSON's assistent had been seriously injured, and for the remainder for the "tests" you will be taking orders from these "per-recorded" messages.

NEXT CHAPTER ( a few levels later ) a pre-recorded message begins to tell you what to do, BUT is interupted and the VOICE of the computer GLaDOS is telling you, SHE is mad/upset - you killed Caroline..... she WAS Caroline..... she is going to make you pay for this..... she NEVER wanted to be inplanted into the computer system.....

Test chambers get even harder, BUT you figure them out.... you end up hacking the computer system.... but just a GLaDOS is about to shutdown... she opens a panel below your feet, and drops you into a liquid filled container (CRYO).....just as she tell you "By the time my system reboots your DAUGHTER Chell will be old enough to begin testing.......

Brilliant i could definitely see that working really good idea!
They will have to make another portal game, i just finished single player last night and have a bit of co-op left hope they have DLC.

The way to go would be a prequel about the facilty and the people behind it could branch off in so many directionsValve are you reading this lol...

keep in mind that the BOREALIS event, could have be a result of the test chamber explosion as well.
