I was curious to know if any of you use Gamefly? What were you thoughts? Pros/Cons? Praises/Horror Stories?

Ive used it sense it's been out and I love it. Other then having to wait for newer games to become available I've never had a problem. I go back and forth from 1 to 3 games all the time too. It's great when you don't want to spend 60 on crap that you'll never play past the 1st time.

GamFly is great and has truly earned there reputation as the best. There is a reason why since GameFly has launched, two game rental companies went permanently went out of business (Gamez N Flix & Gotta Play). Heck there are two other options out there that most people have even heard of/

I have only 5k left to reach 50k before the end of the year. I signed up on the gamerscore goals thread on this site and I'm in danger of not making it. There are a lot of old sports games (2k6) that give achievements out pretty easily.

I think I'll sign up tonight.

A friend told me about using place holder games to get the new releases. I just send mine in by Friday morning, and just leave the new game in my GameQ. If you have several titles in your Q, it seems to confuse the system, and I end up with my 5th or 8th title. So I just leave one game in, send that in, and by the time they get it, they ship the new release on the following Monday. It works better with the 2 game option, I switched to 1 because I was spending more time on Netflix. Last fall, I was able to use this system on Force Unleased 2, Madden, Castlevania, and some other bigger titles. For my location, if they ship on Monday I get it Thursday on the new releases. Hope this helps.

Started my Gamefly subscription on Monday and got my first game on Wednesday. Fifa 06: Road to the World Cup.

Completed today 1000/1000.

Not too bad! I have a whole bunch of 2006 sports games in my Queue. I'm sure I won't have any problem reaching my 50k goal.

Just remember any EA 2006 sports game is gonna no longer have online servers, so any online achievements are useless to you.

How did you complete all the global challenges that fast... I have been stuck on the same one for about a year now.

It's FIFA Road the World Cup, not FIFA World Cup 06.
