Ok guys this is the deal if you pay $30 for gears of war season pass it gives you access to all the guns in chrome and 33% off any DLC to be released,who bloody cares ill get the DLC when i want to as for chrome guns unless they are one bullet kill guns i dont want to know,epic dont spoil it we are all looking forward to the game,dont be selling us this crap,and EA get off the phone and turn back on multiplayer on all your old games

That sucks your right I blame EA for this kind of stuff.

But I will say on a positive note you may not agree, remember the rockstar pass for LA Noire I got that and it did save me money because I did buy all the DLC.

Yes they are probably ripping us off because they will get truckloads of money in advance in the bank getting interest, before we get to play the DLC in the future. Will I get it probably yes because I know I will be buying all the DLC for Gears 3, so it will save me money in the long run and yes I am a sucker for shiny guns lol

what a load of shite..... 33% it should be free... What happens if they only release 1 piece of DLC lol...

My advise is dont go anywhere near this deal, its not like the LA Noire 1 as you knew what you were getting for that 1!

I know what you are saying but we all know there will be minimum 3 DLC packs probably 4 to bring it up to 1750g. Each map pack will be at least 800msp maybe even 1200msp.

Plus it will have a few extra add-ons we know about the chrome guns, maybe extra costume skins characters etc. Tbh I am a sucker for exclusive stuff I bought the legendry Halo Reach for the Flaming helmet lol

Has anybody got a link to the exact details and release date?

Should have added link sorry my source was Twitter im on phone so cant add link, if nobodys adds it ill do it once im home,your are right about 4 dlc that is confirmed and the guns are called the liquid gun pack and you can download week after game release

That's it. I am cancelling my pre-order of GoW3. This is EA trying to shove their hands all the way to the bottom of everyone's wallet.

I don't care about guns that look different. They would have to come out with six map packs in order to break even and I don't think they will make that many. I'm sure you get to save on Avatar gear and themes but I don't buy those.

I'll buy it pre-owned and not pay for the pass to play on-line. I'm sure that will make EA happy.

Basically 33% of 1200msp is 800msp rounded

i think the rest of us are going to be paying 1200msp per dlc. As this is the last gow i think they will have 4 dlc's thus saving you aprox. 1500 msp? i don't know if that's worth 30 dollars

gears is a pile of crap anyway... still have not got the online multiplayer to a satisfactory level let alone making me want to play it, the shotgun is still absurdly powerful, if not more than before!

Tbh i am not a big Gears multiplayer fan unless you play with friends or are in a decent team. It always seems to be just a shotgun and power weapon fest but i do love Horde mode it is brilliant. With the new features it will be bigger and better than ever.

Nobody can say that both the Gears of war campaigns have not been graphics wise and gameplay wise probably the best on the 360 each time that they came out. Now with 4 player co-op that will be crazy & only improve the game.

We all know they are out to take as much money off us as quick as possible, of course they know if you buy the pass you will not trade the game you will hold onto it because of future DLC.
