Default Gears of War v Halo
There is a massive fan base for both titles but while i was playing hoard on gears last night some kid was trash talking with his friends that Master chief would kick marcus fenix's ass if they had a showdown what does everyone else think,take into account history,weapons,size of enemies,

personally I would say that the chief would win with him being the last of his kind and marcus is just a normal human but needless to say i have lost respect for both titles so i really couldnt care less who wins in a fight.

Marcus Fenix is pretty much an ODST Soldier. Master Chief (MC) kicked the crap out of a squad of them in the Halo books without wearing his armor.

Fenix can barely take out one race on one one planet with his Delta Squad. MC has taken out a covenant of multiple species in multiple planets/halos/galaxies in some cases all by himself.

Fenix has some bada$$ armor. MC has some bada$$ armor, shields, and bubble shields.

Fenix can always be seen. MC has the possibility of turning invisible.

 
Fenix had Dom who had mental issues and is dead. MC Has Cortona who is the smartest thing in the universe, has mental issues also, and is still alive (AI).


I think hands down MC would tear Fenix apart with his own lancer. Fenix's only shot would be the Hammer of Dawn. I don't think MC would stand still that long.
