Halo CE Aniversary

Completely forgot about this game until I saw someone on my friends list playing it. I have it pre-ordered just haven't went to pick it up yet. Anyone already get it and start playing? How is it? Campaign good, multiplayer? I think I will probably go pick it up here shortly but will probably wait to play it until I have CoD finished. Already finished with all the spec ops/survival missions and have all the achievements, now starting veteran difficulty then the clean up campaign achievements. Just wondering how the game is so far to anyone else who has it.

The limitations of the time really show, but the redesigned graphics are impressive. The achievements are really easy, except for two.

The multiplayer is just 5 playlists within halo reach, but they are amazing, because it's no armor abilities and you move a little faster. Feels more like h3/h2.

Which are the two hard achievements in your opinion? I was looking at an achievement guide on another site to familiarize myself with the achievements. I still haven't opened this baby, just got it about an hour ago.

For me, it's beating the library in under 30 minutes on legendary, but i guess playing with 4 people it could be possible. And the beat the silent cartographer on heroic or legendary with no marines dying - the marines are so stupid that all of them always seem to die.

There is a third hard achievement, to not take health damage on legendary in a level, but if you're doing coop, you have the other players do everything while you sit back and it's easy

I just got the one for not having any marines die on the beach. Wasn't too bad if you just ran ahead and threw grendades. Right now I am in co op campaign, but we are trying to get the Bandanna skull (infinite ammo). You have to to the grenade jump, and we both suck.

All According to plan achievement, it wouldn't work in co op, for us anyway, we had to break off and do that on solo. Truth and Reconciliation is also pretty hard on Legendary.

Edit: Just got Bandanna, Infinite ammo and infinite grenades.

A friend and I almost got this on legendary first time go but one marine died getting off the pelican. Like Dashl said all you have to do is run straight ahead and chunk your grenades. I always went left first so I could get the two grunts by the boulders.

Once I've completed this on legendary I'll mop up this chievo along with any stragglers.
