MW3 Campaign

Wow, I started playing this campaign on veteran yesterday after I had Spec Ops 100% complete. I am on the 8th mission I believe of about 16. I have always been pretty good at the Campaigns on vet, but wow, this one is just too easy. I'm not showing off and saying I have yet to die on the whole thing, because there have been spots where I died a couple times, but for the most part, I am running right through this campaign. The enemies in alot of areas just seem to run back and forth from place to place and you just light them up as they are moving. I am only about halfway through the campaign, and honestly, hoping it gets a little more challenging. Any other thoughts on the difficulty of veteran from you guys?

Going through on vet now and i agree very easy,im just running to the checkpoint taking a few out and on to the next checkpoint,its really a great campaign,i like the story this time around and really cant wait to play spec ops love that mode on MW2

I only beat it on recruit so far, haha.

But, i have heard from others it is easier. There were so many complaints of the last two with Veteran being incredibly frustrating, more than hard, dying unfairly and too quickly.

So, maybe they overcompensated and made it easier.

That being said, spec ops on veteran is beyond impossible to me in mw3. I got all 69 stars in mw2, but in mw3 it is beyond ridiculous.

Vet campaign was a joke on this game. I am not a FPS gamer, in fact I'm fairly bad at them but this was crazy easy....until the last mission. That was the only part I felt had that COD stamp of "I'm gonna throw this ************************** controller through the tv!" feeling to it. The spec ops missions seem to have a couple difficult spots on vet. Working on those with a buddy at the moment.

Really? I didn't feel as if the Spec Ops in MW3 were all that hard. I feel like I struggled more in MW2 Spec Ops then this one. Since most of them weren't timed I just took my time and took cover when I got shot and picked my spots. I beat them all solo except the 2 that you need a partner on. But yeah, this campaign, so far as I am only on the 11th mission right now, I would say is definitely the easiest of the MW series, IMO.

About half way through campaign and not been stuck at all, some levels i have not even died, great campaign though pure call of duty love it

Looking forward to spec ops

Finished it a little bit ago, took me about a day to play it, played for about 2 hours last night then some more tonight and finished it. Not tough at all, but it was a great campaign, I loved it. The ending is pretty sweet I won't lie. Spec Ops are really fun as well. Just gotta grab the rest of the intel and I will have this 1k'ed in about an hour

i started this last night and played the first 2 missions and this game so far seems way easier than the previous games.

I finished the story yesterday on vetran and also found it to be very easy. Towards the ending it did get chaotic at times with bullets flying everywhere. I must admit they did a great job tying it into MW2 story and went back to explain things. Now i gotta grab more intel. Only was able to grab 18 intel so far. Also i gotta go back and finish up the achievements in story too. I have yet to play spec ops but i find it very similar to Medal of Honor elite area.

Its nice to hear its not like COD2 vet and World at War on vet. Those were the hardest things i have ever done in a game. I might pick up modern warfrare 3 as a rental, i dont plan on buying it.
