Jumping on wp7 bandwagon

seriously considering gettig a WP7 this week poss a lumina 800 (cheapest i could find where i live)

but i will be on pay and go so my question is will my 500mb data allowance be good enough for it or will the phone eat it?

i do intend playing games but wont play mp games unless im at home with wifi

any help much appreciated

500 isn't a lot. I tear through 5gigs just just web surfing.

i barely use my 500mb on the smart phone i use now but but cant find definitive answer to wether how much backgrond data is used, but i can easily add a 1gb package if i struggle or find a data switch on the apps

Close to none actually.

I think it was like 3mb for an entire month with my email and live messenger on non-stop.

The games over air take a lot and dont work very well but if you connect to WiFi they work perfectly.

Mind you I do have a different phone but I cant see the lumia using more then my hd7

yeah wasnt going to use games over 3g anyway but phone will be improvement over my android rubbish

I love mango its by far the best os I've used on a phone.
The issue I have with android is that the os is different per phone.

3g sucks so bad and I am stuck with it currently. Can't wait until I change to a 4g phone.

got my phone but it wont set up to 3g so will have ring o2 in morning.
