Exclamation Halo 4 Crimson Map Pack Download Error?

I purchased the War Games Season Pass and tried to download the Crimson Map Pack after i got home from work.It is not downloading i read online there is download issues and i am not the only one.I feel like i have wasted time trying to download the map pack.Anyone know when this will be fixed? Thanks
