There is an achievement in Spare Parts called Ship's Engineer which requires you to collect all 100 parts for the ship, but there are only 99 parts that actually spawn, with the seventh part in Zone 4 Act 2 not spawning..

 

 

It is supposed to appear once you defeat the first red robot, however it doesn't make the achievement unobtainable. There is a way since this glitch is caused by patch 1.01, so there are three options if you want this achievement (and I don't see why you wouldn't)

 

1. Play the game offline

2. Wait for a patch to the patch

3. Remove the patch.
