This could be the most stupidest rumour this year or the most amazing thing ever. Rumour has surfaced around the Internet that Xbox 360 games will playable in Windows 8, as Microsoft want to expand the lifespan of Xbox 360 platform as the hardware is ageing...
Sound stupid? Not to mention that there would be a some huge compatibility issues to iron out, the rumour suggests that the games will not support cross-paltform and run via a separate network from Xbox Live. Playing the games will also require a subscription. Since there's a rumour also of a Playstation 4 coming out next year, maybe Microsoft cannot afford to release a new console and this is a way to push Windows 8? Who knows as this rumour is likely to be shot down once Windows 8 is released sometime next year. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
