I dunno. With only thirteen achievements for 1000 points, Kinect game Power Up Heroes looks very tempting to RENT. I mean you turn your Xbox Live Avatar into a super hero with super powers...

 

How radical is that? Even if this game turns out to be super hard - which is very doubtful - at least you get the chance to see your Avatar do something practical rather than that expensive Avatar Marketplace charade. There is only a US release date so far, but don't worry, I have seen this game in Australia, which means it will most likely be released in other territories.
