Those big head cheats you get in some games would become super handy in Sniper : Ghost Warrior due out in May. The ones that make your game look like a Wii title because they make heads look like the size of melons...
Sniper Ghost Warrior is all about braining and having the said cheat is probably not going to happen. What will happen is that there will be bound to be head shot achievements. Kill 150, 250 or 500 via head shots. No brainer.
