Borderlands 2 duplication glitches & tips
BORDERLANDS 2 DUPLICATION GLITCH
Ok Borderlands 2 is just out and we already have a glitch for duping weapons or all of your gear. This can help get lots of cash or help a friend with some epic loot you have found, maybe a great shield or mod you can dupe it so you both can have it. All you have to do is trade with a friend wait for countdown to end then dashboard, when you join again you will have all your gear back! You can also do this with cash pass the cash to a friend keep doing it to double each time to gat infinite money. The glitch works on the same principal as duping in Borderlands 1, we all probably knew it would work but here is confirmation. Credit goes to Smells SoEpic Credit goes to Make A Wish [CENTER]
UNLIMITED GOLDEN KEYS
Unlimited Golden Keys Glitch/Exploit You will need a second controller & a pre-order golden key. Start a single player game play as normal until you get to Sanctuary. You will be roughly around level 7/8 depends on how much exploring you do. Go to the Golden Chest room. Now with your 2nd controller press the guide button and create a new profile. It can be a guest account do not bother joining xbox live. Now join into your main characters game. Player 1 now has a Golden Key! Open the chest with Player 1 and pick up the guns with your main profile character then sign out Player 1. Rinse & repeat the process by creating another and another profile the same way and you will get a golden key on each of them. The guest account will only be a level 1 character and when he opens the Golden Chest the purple stuff you get from it is always going to be level 7 (the minimum level stuff the Golden Chest gives you).
BORDERLANDS 2 Get Unlimited Eridium
Here is a way to earn unlimited eridium, this is a rare item that is used in the black market to buy SDU slot upgrades, ammo weapon upgrades etc.

Golden key duplication
Just do it online atm, if a patch does come with an update just do it splitscreen offline. I personally doubt they will patch it, the whole of BL part 1 was the same they never patched it.
''NEW Alternative''
Golden key duplication USB Glitch
Using this method you will be able to open the Golden Chest infinitely without losing any keys. Requirements 1. Hard Drive 2. USB or Memory Card 3. At least 1 Golden Key 4. Any Save Setup 1. Physically disconnect your 360 from the Internet / Live 2. Move your Gamer Profile to a USB or Memory Card 3. Make sure your save is on the Hard Drive and your profile on a USB or Memory Card 4. Sign in, Start a game, warp to Sanctuary, save and quit. This is so that you start next to the chest. Procedure 1. With the 360 disconnected from the net/live, sign into your profile. 2. Launch Borderlands 2 3. Create game lobby and select your character 4. Launch game 5. Once you spawn into Sanctuary, REMOVE the USB or Memory Card that contains your profile. A message will pop up asking that your replace the card. DON'T! IMPORTANT! 6. With your profile removed, open the chest and take the contents. Your key will be temporarily lost. DON'T PANIC! 7. Save and Quit. The items have now been saved to your character. 8. When the game returns to the lobby, hit the guide button and exit to the dashboard. IMPORTANT! 9. You will now be signed out. Reinsert the USB or Memory Card and sign in. 10. Repeat steps 2-9 infinitely. Why does this work? Golden Keys are tied to your profile GPD, not your save. Inventory, however, is tied to your save. SInce we removed your profile, the key is never recorded as being lost. Viola! Infinite purple items. I tested this myself with 2 characters; LV19 Commando and LV29 Siren and it works perfectly. DO NOT DEVIATE FROM THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS OR YOU WILL LOSE A KEY. If you follow the instructions to the letter it will work 100%. I can confirm this works! Enjoy all Purple, and Pink, gear! Credit to Sixgun
QUICK UNLIMITED GOLDEN KEYS
Ok this is by far the easiest and quickest ways to open the golden chest unlimited times, you will need too use 1 golden key for this to work but it's worth it. I have done this 2 times in a friends game at level 35 thanks Bee, and i did it for 2 friends to show them how it worked at level 28 Gun Devil & Mistryman. I personally would do it at a high level, the gear you get is great and will last you many levels, this will also get you the achievement for all purple gear. We had hundreds of items on the ground weapons, mods, artifacts, shields etc when you pick what you want sell the rest for millions. One person needs to have at least one gold key for this to work. Make sure the host is the one going through the travel menu and scrolling. Host goes over to the travel machine and opens it - now scroll up and down over different locations. The person with the key opens the chest (while the other person is still scrolling over locations in the travel menu), and takes the items from the chest. Open the chest again and it will work unlimited times now. The person in the travel menu can now exit the travel menu. The person who opened the chest with the key can keep opening the chest infinite times now. Everyone can take items from the chest (be aware that the items will be the rank of the person who opened the chest, so you may want to have someone open it at a higher level). I have been getting a lot of messages on live about this if anybody wants me to show them you will require 1 key. If you do not want to use your valuable key, don't worry use that register on Gearbox Shift afterwards and you will get another key for later.

I have just added some new glitches at the top of the thread, i have deleted some other posts to combine them all together. I will add more as i find them.
BOOST BADASS TOKENS HOW TO LEVEL UP FAST
These Badass Tokens are of great significance since they will permanently increase a bonus stat of your choice to your main character. The ''BIG'' bonus is each time you add a permanent stat to you character is is added to all your created characters, so you can do this with all 4 characters very early to add a massive permanent boost to all of them. I will be adding all the badass tokens to my shield and health early in the game to get a great start. Each challenge in Borderlands 2 has levels 1-5, and higher the challenge you complete, more points you get leading to more Badass Rank per challenge.
Trade Challenges
You can exploit trading to complete 50 trades with another player or splitscreen to finish a level five challenge ‘Psst, Hey Buddy…’. very quickly and early. Second player accepts the trade, and then both players enter trade interface. To complete the process, both players select ‘Trade’ you can trade money over and back or any weapon. Repeat this 50 times to complete this challenge. Once the challenge is complete you are rewarded with Badass tokens which you can use for permanent stat boost across all your characters. This allows us to create a new character, complete this challenge and farm more Badass tokens.
Duel Challenges
Similar to trading, completing 50 duel challenges will net you Badass Tokens that can be used to boost your character’s stats, this can also be done early in the game. Before you initiate duel challenges, both players should remove their shields. This will help us complete 50 duels quickly because without shields, when you lose the duel, you will have very low health, and it will help you complete the challenge in a single melee hit. Start the duel with the player using melee attacks against each other. Rinse and repeat until you have won 50 times. You should do this with melee attacks because otherwise you will just be wasting a lot of ammo.
Revive Challenges
You can also farm tokens by using revives, you can use grenades to down a friend or splitscreen and revive rinse & repeat. Another way is to find a few enemies kill them all except 1 remove shield on 2nd controller leave the enemy down him over and over revive them rinse and repeat to finish the challenge. These can all be done early the to give you a great head start in the game. Remember if you do all these challenges with Axton when you start with Zero he will have all these starting off. When you do them with Zero, Axton will get the same again so it will double you can do it with all of the characters eventually x3 x4 massive stats boost.
Fastest way to level up
Here is a way to level up very quickly. SPOILER When you get to Tina you will get a mission to lure Fleshstick to her tea party. The trick is when you get to him kill him you will get about 4/5k xp you can repeat the mission as much as possible solo it tales about 1 minute. If you have 2 players get 1 player to stand by Tina other player shoots him, collect restart you can repeat this every 10 seconds!

Get Eridium Easy & Early
First thing you need to do is max out your backpack ASAP! Once you reach Sanctuary (shortly after completing the Prologue), you can gamble on two slot machines at Mad Moxxi’s bar. The further you are in the game, the more expensive it is to pull the levers. But the items you may randomly win also scale with your level. And it’s the Eridium you want early on, and if you used the cash or item duping tricks above to get a fat wallet, you can play the slots until your heart explodes. The slots have three different Eridium payouts, and once you have enough, you can take them to the shady Black Market dealer a few steps away from Moxxi’s and upgrade your ammo capacity or backpack slots. I highly recommend maxing out your backpack slots first, as this will allow you to carry much more loot. Nothing’s worse than finding lots of chests on a mission or killing a boss and not being able to pick anything up, even if you plan to sell it all. Black Market expansions get increasingly more expensive: Level 1: 4 Eridium Level 2: 8 Eridium Level 3: 12 Eridium Level 4: 16 Eridium Level MAX: 20 Eridium BONUS: If you purchase 20 upgrades using Eridium, you’ll max out the “Whaddaya Buyin?” challenge for another 166 Badass Rank.
Slot machine payouts
Aside from Eridium, Mad Moxxi’s slot machines are a decent source of weaponry and customization skins, depending on your luck. x3 Bandits: Live grenade (Run!) x3 7s: Customization skin x3 Cherries: Green weapon x3 Legs: Blue weapon x3 Marcus: Purple weapon x3 Borderlands logo: Orange rare weapon x3 Eridium Bar (1): 4 Eridium x3 Eridium Bars (2): 8 Eridium x3 Eridium Stack (3): 16 Eridium (!!!!) Note that the slots give specific customization skins, so once you’ve gotten a handful, you have them all from this source and can sell or trade the rest. When playing the slot machines you should always play split screen or co-op. If you sign in extra controllers when you win eridium or cash the other player receives also it is shared out effectively you get double for 2 players depends on how many are in the game you can get x3 & x4. When you do win just trade all the cash and eridium to your main character. When playing 4 player co-op 1 player spins the slots if you win everybody wins. REMEMBER: It gets much more expensive to play slots later in the game, so if you’re going for Eridium, do it early on. Thanks to CleanestSpider1 for help on the slots info.
Moxxi's Touch Weapons
When you tip Moxxi the 10k total (does not have to be in 1 go) she will give you a decent SMG she says it's her 2nd fav gun for the Sugar Daddy achievement. If you give Moxxi 15k (total) she says she will give you her fav gun a really really good SMG, she will also say a bit of an innuendo!!! The gun is PINK and "VIBRATES" until you fire it yes a big pink vibrator lol. These guns can be got at any time but they are scaled to your level, some good advice is to get the 1st SMG on 1st playthrough, you can get the 2nd gun at a high level on 2nd run just wait until then to give her the last 5k.

SPOILERS! Easter Eggs
Thanks to Eddie Tubbs 1. Want to assassinate the Ninja Turtles? Early in the game, Patricia Tannis offers a side-quest called Splinter Group (geddit?), in which you have to assassinate a sewer dwelling quartet of colour-coded mutants. Naturally, you do this by bringing them pizza. Once they fall, you'll find a room with a TV and a simple switch puzzle. Get all the lights to turn green and then activate the TV for one last surprise. Victory should net you a nice purple gun. 2. Donkey Mong is a barrel of laughs Late in the game when you arrive in Eridium Blight, you'll be able to find a pretty cool Easter egg. In the south-west of the area is the creature known as Donkey Mong. Much like Nintendo's ape, this guy is a hulking beast of a thing that loves nothing more than to lob barrels at you. He's also very rare, so keep an eye out. When you eventually topple him, he grants you an Achievement/Trophy, which we won't spoil for you, but it's awesome. 3. Caustic Caverns' (Mine)crafty secrets (Mild spoilers) Part of the way through the main campaign, Sanctuary, the first hub town, takes to the skies. That's not the interesting bit though. What we're after is found in the Caustic Caverns located in the crater left behind. Near the bottom of this area are some familiar looking blocks of dirt that you can smash with melee attacks to open up a hidden cave. Inside, you'll find Minecraft's creepers and some nifty rewards. 4. Michael Mamaril You may have heard of Michael Mamaril. He was a Borderlands fan who tragically passed away from cancer aged 22. Not content with the eulogy they recorded for him last November, Gearbox has immortalised him as a character in Borderlands 2. He can be found at random locations in Sanctuary, giving away free guns and an Achievement/Trophy. 5. The safest way into the Buzzard camp In The Dust, you can access the Buzzard camp by driving up the massive rocky outcrop nearby and dropping in from above like the Mars Curiosity Rover. Don't use your boost though, or you'll end up overshooting and landing in an area swarming with enemies. 6. Hyperion's Energising Bane: Borderlands 2's greatest howler? To get the Energising Bane, all you have to do is complete the "Bane" quest-line in Lynchwood. The gun itself is an SMG with impressive stats, but with great power comes great trollability. See for yourself, and remember that it ignores your SFX volume settings. Your enemies won't be the only ones in pain. 7. Cute Loot Achievement/Trophy To unlock this Achievement/Trophy, you'll want to find and kill a rare "Chubby" monster, whose death will also net you some special loot. To find one, fast travel to the Highlands and head through the tunnel on your left. If you're lucky, Chubby will be hanging around near Blake Bridge, but he only comes out infrequently and at night, so if he hasn't spawned, try again after completing a few missions. 8. Unlimited Eridium Eridium is great. Not only does it augment elemental powers, it's also used as a currency to buy upgrades on the black market. If you're feeling like a bit of a cheat and want an infinite supply, head to Three Horns valley and go north to the hideout where you fight Bad Maw. Kill him and pick up the Eridium he drops. Go into the Bloodshot Stronghold, save and then quit. Go back to Three Horns Valley and exterminate Bad Maw once again. Repeat until you get bored, or Gearbox patch the game. 9. Obtain the Nova Shield and get easy Badass Points We're irrationally fond of Nova damage, and it just so happens that there's a Level 9 shield that gives you all the Nova damage you could ever want. Simply complete Lilith's Firehawk missions (which begin in Sanctuary) and you get a shield that blasts out a fiery shockwave when depleted. The great thing is that the shockwave often ignites enemies, so if you get knocked down while they're flailing around, there's a good chance that they'll expire in time to trigger a second wind. The other great thing about this shield is that, with enemies being incinerated left right and centre, your "Cowering Inferno" challenge will be maxed out in no time. 10. Rakkman Returns? After you kill Laney during the Cold Shoulder quest, head inside her vault and follow the path deep inside until you get to a lift. This will take you up to The Rakk Cave, where the Narked Knight, Rakk Man himself waits. He poses a bit of a challenge, but he's no Bruce Wayne and should fall without too much effort. When he does, he drops the Gunnerang, a scoped gun that becomes a boomerang whenever you reload it. 11. Caustic Souls Want to find the Dark Souls Easter egg? At the far east of Caustic Caverns is an acidic lake, and in that lake is a small island. Any Dark Souls fan hardy enough to brave the caustic conditions to get there (and if you are a true Dark Souls fan, that shouldn't be a problem) will find two nice little nods to From Software's opus. For non-Dark Souls fans, it's just two guys sitting near a campfire, but we know what it means. 12. Picard's Pizza Wisdom To get the most out of this Easter egg you'll need a QR code scanner of some sort - probably your smartphone if you're all fancy. In the Southpaw Steam & Power area you will find one of Moxxi's pizza boxes on a table. The pizza box itself has a QR code on it, and if you give it a scan, you'll find a delicious, deep pan slice of Star Trek wisdom courtesy of one Jean Luc Picard: "Wise man say, forgiveness is divine but never pay full price for late pizza. -Captain Picard" Genius. Big shout out to www.cvg.com

The unlimited golden key glitch only works co-op online. Sorry gun you used a few keys for it to work, but yes it uses your keys until you have zero left but it then leaves you use it infinite unlimited times. Make sure you stay in sanctuary DO NOT LEAVE or the glitch will reset!
The best thing is to do the glitch when you have 1 key left, I used a key 3 separate times each time I had 1 left I still have another left but I will keep that when level cap increases.
