This is a reminder to ALL members about the RULES of our forum and particularly our view on any member found tampering or artificially changing their Gamerscore by use of external software, Gamesaving or Second Profile Glitching.

Today it is with great regret that I have had to ban a member and remove their membership from the Leaderboard. After careful investigation their score was found to have irregular discrepancies that can be only attributed to cheating.

To keep the Leaderboard fair and fun for everyone, all moderators and senior members regularly monitor the Leaderboard to ensure that everyone is playing fairly and we are all playing on the same field.

If any member is found to employ techniques to obtain achievements by manipulating the Xbox software without playing the game, they will find themselves

1) Removed from the Leaderboard
2) Banned from the forum
3) All awards removed
5) A cheater badge on their profile

We here believe this sends out a strong message NOT TO DO IT! In addition to violating Xbox Live Terms of Use, they could also be reported to Cheater Watch and Microsoft could reset their Gamerscore.

All staff here confidently stand by these actions to make this forum community, Leaderboard and Xbox Live, a fair environment.

Unfortunately i have today had to ban another user from this site and the leaderboards for using other methods of obtaining achievements other then actually playing the game.

Those who play the games legit want the leaderboards to be a fair comparison of ability and performance and for those who want to cheat their way to the top your just not welcome on this site.

Well it looks like the warnings are not getting through to people.

In the last few weeks there has been several more bans due to cheating, and the last few were more high profile players.

It doesn't matter if your at the bottom, middle or top of the leaderboard, you cheat and get caught and your gone, I don't care who you are.

For some reason some members think that they are free to please themselves and manipulate their gamerscore. "Wrong"

The Leaderboard enforcement team are extremely experienced in sniffing out manipulated scores and you will be caught, if not today at some point in the future but you will be caught.

Its really sad because the site staff, and contributers work so hard to ensure this is a fair place to compete and the silly few think they will spoil it for the rest, well to those who cheat "You Lose" !!!
