 Comment Ratings
What is the deal with the ratings for comments on articles? They only seem to appear for my comments and sometimes they will be grouped together while others they are not. Also I can rate my own comments is that supposed to be allowed.

Comment voting should only appear for members. If you down vote (thumb down) a comment, it will eventually become hidden. I cannot switch off author voting.
At the moment I am still working on the comment system and not settled whether to introduce avatars or the actual style. This one seems to look like a lot of clutter at the bottom? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
