Since we are about easy achievements, and lets face it they don't come much easier than inserting a vision camera into the 360. This thread is to list all games which have vision cam related achievements.

FaceBreaker (It's In The Game 25gs) & (I Break Face 40gs) - Online Achievements Gone, Server Shut Down.

All the online Vision Camera achievements in Facebreaker are no longer attainable, thanks to EA closing the servers.

not 100% sure but i do think with Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise you can use your vision cam to take pic of the animals and scan them into your game to get the achievements!! BUT like i sed i'm not 100% sure!

correct. i remember getting an achievement that way on my old tag. not 100% sure which. ill go look and edit this post with my findings

Burnout Paradise has some achievements that use the vision cam

i just finished viva pinata: tip.

while there are only 2 achievements specifically tied to the vision cam, u can obtain quite a few of the achievements by scanning cards.

there is actually an ipod touch/iphone app that is nicely categorized and makes it quite easy to set up obtaining all the achievements. huge time saver in the end.
