Turtle Beach Headsets

Does anyone have the turtle beach X31 or X41 wireless headset? The sound is pretty amazing, but i seem to be having problems with popping and cracking sounds. Anyone got a solution?

I don't have it , But i do suggest Google it is very helpful

if you had a wired 1 i would suggest redoing all the connections it worked for me

Mines wired also, hard to say with wireless devices since many items transmit on similar frequencies and can interfere.

Items to check / switch off or move

1) Dect phones
2) Wireless network devices, routers, access points, laptops even MS wireless network adapter for the 360
3) Radio's, LCD, LED or Plasma TV's

Its worth the time for process of elimination, if it turns out to be the headphones themselves, send them back.

I have the 41's and they pop and crackle when my wireless router is transmitting....

I have found that as long as the receiver is a good distance away from the router and also that it is in front of it... If it is located behind or to the direct side of the router it pops and crackles.

I just got a pair of x31's from a guy that owed me money.

I still have some popping issues with them, but as soon as I moved the transceiver they worked just fine...

i got the X41's and they pop and crackle only if your to far from the receiver, way to close or the batteries are dieing. lol i know that because bass boost consumes battery life and i always have that on
