Global Leaderboards

Anyone seen the global leaderboards, i thought 1 or 2 people in front of stalion was bad enough, but he's now rank 55.

M$ really need to pull their fingers out and sort this, it seems worse to me since they have finished the new site.

Anyone in front of Stallion has clearly cheated unless he takes a holiday, and since thats not likely.. Please reset them all

i had had a look at the global leaderboards when on mgc my gamer card this weekend and thought no way!! half of those are legit.
it doesn't take long i looked into 3 at random gamers from top 20 and i found discrepencies straight away.
games played, achievements, dates played, how many unlocked sameday etc.
hopefully microsoft will be banning them soon.

on similar note, the xbox.com forums have a thread dedicated to bans and suspensions and there are loads getting caught. and bans vary from week to lifetime and gamerscore resets. there all on there complaining as if the've done nothing wrong
its good to see people who hack gamerscore, avatar etc getting the boot, also people with offensive motto,bio's and the numpties who think its cool to have offensive emblems on cod black ops.

Not enough work is done by microsoft in this area, what is the point in earning your score legit when these idiots just hack / hex.
Every single leaderboard is in every single country i would say 3 or 4 at least are hacked in top 10.
I remember e.g. the Irish leaderboards before dlc was even released on certain games 3 guys had the dlc complete before it was even online
I often just have a quick look and can see straight away that they are hacked in 5 mins how hard can it be. Same guys had Ghostbusters 1000g before the patch which was impossible
Getting online achievements offline, achievements in the wrong order.
Microsoft get your act together, the real gamers take a bit of pride in gaming not just downloading a file and maxing out gamesrant over

my thoughts exactly....as you say within 5 minutes we can tell if the achievements are hacked so shouldn't be too difficult for microsoft.
i know microsoft are banning people it may be they cannot keep up with the numbers abusing the system.
they may need to put more money, people and effort into policing xbox live.

one last note one of the gamers on the leader board i checked had the 1000g acheivements for loads of games as about 5 years ago something like last played 1600+ days ago(this was for about 20 games that have come out within last 12 months).it was that obvious!!!!!

If you are referring to MGC.net leaderboards then it is possible some of the hackers are gone already. The problem is that the Admin who has access to updating games and leaderboards (I presume he did leaderboards), Morgan, has disappeared from the site and no power has been passed over.

So games that now have DLC released will show as over 100% compelte as the new achievements are not added to the database. And I presume this is why hackers are not removed from that site.
