Not sure if this is patched yet, but the glitches have begun to roll in including infinite care packages on Call Of Duty Black Ops, check the video below. Surprisingly posted at the normal "no glitching videos" at Gametrailers, looks like Gametrailers cannot ignore a huge game like Black Ops...

If you want to unlock two easy achievements read on. To unlock the classified achievement "Just Ask Me Nicely", in the main menu, use the right stick to look down. You will see your hands are locked. Just repeatedly press LT + RT and eventually you will break free. Move around to find an old computer terminal and enter the code DOA. This will unlock the Dead Ops Arcade mini game. Play it to get the "Insert Coin" achievement.
