Remember that short preview at E3 of a Kinect Star Wars game? We kinda of suspected it was rushed and no where complete and almost waged it would be announced for a late 2011 release...

Rightly so as Kinect lead Kudo Tsunoda has sneakily told the BBC that a Kinect Star Wars game would be available for Christmas 2011. Of all the Kinect titles, this doesn't feel right fighting Stormtroopers WITHOUT a Lightsabre in your hand. It is like you would want to grab a broomstick to compensate. Even in pretend battle in the playground you at least grab a twig. If only Kinect could do a real Jedi Mind Trick, I may be interested.

Kinect Star Wars is due very late 2011.
