As far as incentives go, this is pretty trivial. Pre-order Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary - video below - and you will get a skull that will make Grunts methane tanks explode with plasma and ... wait for it ...drum roll... Master Chief Avatar Armour. I don't know about you, but November is pretty busy...

 

So I am sticking with my Skyrim per-order.  Only because no doubt the Avatar Armour will end up on Avatar Marketplace a week after release.
