Welcome to the Winning Eleven Pro Evolution Soccer 2007 Achievement Guide. This game has a total of 23 achievements for 1000g. By my estimations this game will take you about 25 hours, however, little or not effort is needed to actually earn these achievements as you can trick the game into playing for you or you just make the CPU incredibly stupid and easy to beat.

Before starting the guide a very important part to note is that ALL achievements can be done on easy with 5 minute halves (be sure to change this in the settings before you start a match, league or cup) and all can be won easily doing the coach mode trick.

 

Coach mode trick: Simply load up a match in a league or cup and start it on easy. Score roughly 1-2 goals by trying to break away from as many of the opponents players as you can then lightly kicking the ball (x button) in a straight line towards the net. It should be very easy to score this way.

If you don't understand the soccer terminology all you really want to do is try to get the ball at or around the middle of the field or closer to the opponents goal. Then center your player so he's running a horizontal line through the field. Then when you are about 4-5 feet away from the goalie tap the kick button and it usually will go in. After you are up around 3-0 you can easily press start, go to player settings and hit X to switch to coach mode. From there the computer will play for you and you should win easily, but watch the game just in case you need to intervene.

 

Leagues:

 

Leagues can be found by going to League on the main menu. Hit New Game and then select your league and hit next after picking your settings. For all of the leagues CUP MATCH ARE NOT REQUIRED so turn them off.

 

 

ACHIEVEMENT GUIDE

Won the Serie A - 40 points

Aim to win the Serie A

 

The Serie A is a League of Italian Teams. You will play every team in the league twice except yourself obviously. There are 20 teams in this league: Ascoli, Atalanta, Cagliari, Catania, Chievo Verona, Empoli, Fiorentina, Inter, Lazio, Livorno, Messina, A.C. Milan, Palermo, Parma, Reggina, A.S. Roma, Sampdoria, Siena, Torino, Udinese. There are 38 total matches.

While there is no set amount you need to win to be the champion, usually 32-34 wins will do it. When the announcers say "And they've done it they are the champions" all the matches from this point forward are irrelevant. Simply, turn your entire matches to coach mode at this point and accept your achievement at the end of the season. The best teams to choose are: Inter, A.C. Milan, and Palermo. The cup for this league is NOT required and can be turned off in options before starting the league.

 

 

Won the Eredivisie - 40 points

Aim to win the Eredivisie

 

The Eredivisie is a League of Netherlands Teams. You will play every team twice except yourself obviously. There are 18 teams in this league: ADO Den Haag, Ajax, AZ, SBV Excelsior, Feyenoord, FC Groningen, SC Heerenveen, Heracles Almelo, NAC Breda, N.E.C Nijmegen, PSV Eindhoven, RKC Waalwijk, Roda JC, Sparta Rotterdam, FC Twente, FC Utrecht, Vitesse, and FC Utrecht. There are 34 total matches.

While there is no set amount you need to win to be champion usually 28-30 wins will do it. When the announcers say "And they've done it they are the champions" all the matches from this point forward are irrelevant. Simply, turn your entire matches to coach mode at this point and accept your achievement at the end of the season. The best teams to choose are: Ajax, Feyenoord, and PSV Eindhoven. The cup for this league is NOT required and can be turned off in options before starting the league.

 

Won the Liga Espanola - 40 points

Aim to win the Liga Espanola

 

The Liga Espanola is a league of Spanish Teams. You will play every team twice except yourself obviously. There are 20 teams in this league: Athletic Club, F.C. Barcelona, R. Betis, R.C. Celta, R.C. Deportiva la Coruna, R.C.D. Espanyol, Getafe C.F., C. Gimnastic, R.C. Recreative de Huelva, Levante U.D., C. Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid, R.C.D Mallorca, C,A, Osasuna, R. Racing C, R. Sociedad, Sevilla F.C., Valencia C.F., Villarreal C.F., and R. Zaragoza . There are 38 total matches.

The Ligue 1 is a league of French Teams with a mix of Monaco. You will play every team twice except yourself obviously. There are 20 teams in this league: AJ Auxerre, Girondinis de Bordeaux, Le Mans UC 72, RC Lens, Lille OSC, FC Lorient, Olympique Lyonnais, Olympique de Marseille, AS Monaco, AS Nancy-Lorraine, FC Nantes-Atlantique, OGC Nice, Paris Saint-Germain, Stade Rennais, FCm AS Saint-Etienne, CS Sedan, FC Sochaux, Toulouse FC, ES Troyes AC, and Valenciennes FC. There are 38 total matches.

Won the England League - 40 points

Aim to win the England League

 

The England League is a league of England Teams. You will play every team twice except yourself obviously. There are 20 teams in this league: Arsenal, West Midlands Village, Lancashire, Middlebrook, South East London Reds, London FC, Merseyside Blue, West London White, Merseyside Red, Man Blue, Manchester United, Teesside, Tyneside, Pompy, Berkshire Blues, South Yorkshire, North East London, Hertfordshire, East London, and Lancashire Atlantic. There are 38 total matches.

While there is no set amount you need to win to be champion usually 32-34 wins will do it. When the announcers say "And they've done it they are the champions" all the matches from this point forward are irrelevant. Simply, turn your entire matches to coach mode at this point and accept your achievement at the end of the season. The best team to chose is London FC, they are the best team in the game don't think of choosing anyone else. The cup for this league is NOT required and can be turned off in options before starting the league.

 

 

Won the International League - 40 points

Aim to win the International League

 

The International League is definitely the easiest of all the leagues. In this mode you can pick any team from the game. For this one pick the following settings. Number of Players: 1. Number of Teams : 3. Cup Matches During Season: No, Season: Half Season. You will have to play a total of TWO matches. Win them both and you will receive the achievement.

 

 

Cups:

 

Cups are definitely less time consuming than leagues are as most can be edited to your liking or require you to win less than 5 matches. To play for the cup achievements, simply select cup from the main menu, then new game, then select the cup you want and the settings. Make sure home and away is set to NO to make things shorter.

 

 

Won the PUMA Cup - 40 points

Aim to win the PUMA Cup

 

This cup requires you to choose any 16 teams in the entire game and play as one of them. With the team you decide to play with, simply win 4 matches and you will win the championship and in turn receive the achievement as well. This similar to the sweet 16 in college basketball win or your out.

 

 

Won the International Cup - 40 points

Aim to win the International Cup

 

The International Cup is a little different. In this one it is in group format. This time you will need to choose 32 teams from the following groups: Europe A, Europe B, Africa, The Americas and Asia/Oceania. This can also be randomized with X if you choose to do so. Also in this process select your own team as well. The tables are in groups of 4 teams. You will play each of your 3 opponents twice each for a total of 6 games. From there, you will go into a college basketball style bracket with the top 2 teams from each group. If you win that you will get the achievement. The key here is just keep winning and the achievement will take care of itself in about 10 matches.

 

 

Won the European Cup - 40 points

Aim to win the European Cup

 

This one is also in group format. This time you will need to choose 16 teams from the following groups: Europe A and Europe B. This can also be randomized with X if you choose to do so. Also in this process select your own team as well. The tables are in groups of 4 teams. You will play each of your 3 opponents twice each for a total of 6 games. From there, you will go into a college basketball style bracket with the top 2 teams from each group. If you win that you will get the achievement. The key here is just keep winning and the achievement will take care of itself in about 10 matches.

 

 

Won the African Cup - 40 points

Aim to win the African Cup

 

This cup requires you to choose any 8 teams from Africa teams in the game and play as one of them. Well what do you know there's only 8 teams from Africa in the WHOLE game so I guess you don't have much of a choice. With the team you decide to play with, simply win 3 matches and you will win the championship and in turn receive the achievement as well. This similar to the elite 8 in college basketball win or your out.

 

 

 

Won the American Cup - 40 points

Aim to win the American Cup

 

This one is a little different. This cup requires you to choose any 12 teams from North America or South American in the game and play as one of them. Well guess what there's only 12 of those teams in the WHOLE game so I guess you don't have much of a choice. The thing different about this cup is 4 of the 12 teams will not have an opponent in round 1 and will automatically advanced to round 2. This is called a "bye". With the team you decide to play with, simply win 3(if you had the bye) or maybe 4 matches and you will win the championship and in turn receive the achievement as well. This similar to American NFL Playoff Bracket.

 

 

Won the Asia-Oceanian Cup - 40 points

Aim to win the Asia-Oceanian Cup

 

Very Similar to the America Cup. This cup requires you to choose any 5 teams from North America or South American in the game and play as one of them. Again, there's only 5 teams in the entire game of this division so you don't have much of a choice. The thing different about this cup is 3 of the 5 teams will not have an opponent in round 1 and will automatically advanced to round 2. This is called a "bye". With the team you decide to play with, simply win 2(if you had the bye) or maybe 3 matches and you will win the championship and in turn receive the achievement as well. This similar to American NFL Playoff Bracket.

 

 

Won the Konami Cup - 40 points

Aim to win the Konami Cup

 

 

This is definitely the easiest cup. Put the following settings. Number of Players: 1. Number of Teams: 2. Competition Type: Knockout System. Pick any two teams from the game and win the match. Achievement unlocks if you win.

 

Master League:

 

These are very similar to the regular league achievements with 2 major differences. One is that once you have won enough matches to clinch the league championship, you will receive the achievement. The other is the league cup must be ON for this mode. To access these simply go to master league from the main menu and click new game. You want to choose master league default players.

 

 

Won the Master League: D2 League - 40 points

Aim to win the Master League: D2 League

 

Any team from the regular leagues can be chosen. You want to make sure your team is in Division 2 to get these achievements. Division 2 only has 8 teams which you will play twice each. Again just use the default 5 minute halves, get ahead put it on coaches mode and wait for the announcers to say "If they win this game they are the champions". If you win that game you will get the achievement at the trophy ceremony after the victory.

 

 

Won the Master League: D2 Cup - 40 points

Aim to win the Master League: D2 Cup

 

This one is easily missable if you are not paying attention. This cup is play throughout the entire D2 League season. Usually the cup will have two parts to each round. That means you will play a team once then a couple days later play them again. At the end of the second match the scores will be combined and the team with the highest combined score out of two games will advance. You can check when a cup match will be by going to team information and calendar. Once you have won the cup you will get the trophy and the achievement. YOU DO NOT have to play anymore in the league after receiving this achievement and the league achievement

 

 

Won the Master League: D1 League - 40 points

Aim to win the Master League: D1 League

 

Very similar to D2, however there are 16 teams giving you a total of 32 matches. Again just use the default 5 minute halves, get ahead put it on coaches mode and wait for the announcers to say "If they win this game they are the champions". If you win that game you will get the achievement at the trophy ceremony after the victory.

Xbox Live Achievements:

 

These can be frustrating because they can take a while, however, you can get them by playing very short matches if you wish. To get into an online match go to Xbox Live and you will immediately see your player card which will tell you how many wins and losses you have received. This will be helpful in tracking achievements. If you play these legit all you have to do is go to ranked match menu and hit quick match.

However with the age of this game it is a lot easier to boost. To do that simply have 1 person go to ranked match menu and create the match. You will want them to select 5 minute halves and setting the team type to all. Have the other player go to custom match and select any, any, any and you should see your boosting partner in the list. Select his name and hit enter to enter the match.

Once you get in the match simply have you or your partner kick the ball once and then have one person quit. However quitting in this game isn't as simple as usual. To "quit" you need to hit your Xbox guide button and hit x to sign out, sign back in go back to Xbox Live and repeat the process. You should see your stats every time. This might take a while but you will receive all the achievements below in the process of doing this.
