First congrats on the 100K quite an accomplishment.
Second don't get me started with Comcast (dumb asses). Shut my service off last week for no apparent reason. I call there customer support and after about an hour of going through there steps, which I had already done once myself (wouldn't listen to that part though), I am told they will have to schedule a technician to come to my house two days latter!
They tell me that he will arrive between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM (Some time frame) anyway the guy shows up at three minutes till 5:00. (Of course sense they advertise that if they are late your next month is free) When the guy gets there he tells me that the problem is that our service was tagged as sending feedback to the pole outside my house which can disrupt other peoples service. My question at this point was why have someone come out and shut the service off to one of your customers with out at least attempting to contact them and resolve the issue by setting an appointment at first. To make matters worse after the guy finished going through every cable run in my house he discovered the problem had been in the connection to the pole that the first idiot had disconnected two days before!!!
The US needs to follow the UK's example and put a stop to all these ISP's monopolizing the market.
Sorry about that just had to get that out.
Again congrats on the 100K
