Some of you may have already been using the beta, but let us have another stab at the official roll out date for the Xbox Live Dashboard Update 2011. December 6 looks likely as some sites - namely Kotaku - swear by it...

The new dashboard will provide Bing and YouTube support, carry Kinect Voice recognition and very importantly the best feature yet, Cloud Storage. Cloud Storage will allow you to take all your achievements, friends list, game saves and Microsoft Points balance with you whenever you decide to log into another Xbox other than your own. Should your console also ever blow up, or a game crash and lose all your saves or your Xbox get stolen, at least you would be able to recover your hundred plus Skyrim game saves. There are some other "minor" features, but lets not worry about them. Bring on the Cloud Storage.

Xbox Live Dashboard Update 2011 is due December 6
