Electronic Arts have announced Crysis 3. Good news I hear you say and yes I agree, but bad news we will have to wait a whole year. They have also announced it will be using the latest CryENGINE technology, but in a year's time will that be old technology?…

 

Set in 2047, Crysis 3 players take on the role of a prophet, who returns to New York to discover the city covered by a Nanodome created by the corrupt Cell Corporation. We may have to wait sometime for a look at the achievements, but if you could call it now, it wont be a walk in the park and completionists will hate it. EA could read this and make them easy but somehow I doubt it.

 

Crysis 3 is due in Spring 2013.
