If you think Kinect is for only for flower picking fairies, here are some titles that may change your mind. Microsoft have unveiled at the Tokyo Game Show some more hardcore titles with Kinect ability including Steel Battalion...
I am not going to lie to you, these are not exactly the huge-on-board-hardcore franchises that Microsoft promised that would be motion controlled when Kinect was first announced. You probably have never heard of them, except for maybe Steel Battalion. This was on the Xbox and came bundled with a control stick with 40+ buttons, so I am not sure how this will work with Kinect.
As for the other games, read on. There seems to be plenty of horror games so you will be wielding make believe weapons in thin air. Oh joy. There are also some screens below courtesy of Microsoft. Be warned, they are grainy because they were taken by a 1998 mobile phone. I am not sure if that is true or not but that's what they look like anyway.
Codename D
Comes from SUDA 51. You fight for your life to survive an evil amusement park filled with creatures. You are the controller as you unleash powers to destroy enemies and objects. Just as a side note, I think clowns are the most scariest things known to man, so I am hoping there are some clowns to whack here.
Project Draco
An epic 3D flying shooter with a dragon which you train for combat. Remember kids, this is hardcore gaming at it's best. You can also join with friends on Xbox Live to experience the skies and forge battles together.
Haunt
Gather friends and family to venture deep into a haunted house and learn it's secrets. Dodge traps and outwit ghosts and ghouls that could be around every corner. I think this would far more interesting if played alone in the dark.
Rise Of Nightmares
Another spine-chilling horror game. There's no outlined plot given at press release so I am guessing the plot will be the same as every other horror game. Dark rooms where the lights don't work.
