Achievements on Xbox Originals.

Max Payne 1 and 2 are now out on Xbox Live Arcade.
They dont however offer achievements
Do you think these classics should?

Yeah for sure they should, 500g would be cool

I had often wondered why there aren't achievements in those games. It would probably help them increase sales if they did.

it would definately increase sales. Expecialy if you could only get achievements for the xbox originalys if you downloaded them from the xbox live arcade. they could make a fortune. It would be fun playing some of those old games again trying to get the achievements and remembering what it was like to play them for the 1st time when they were considdered amazing games.

Yeah i really had SO MUCH FUN on that game that i just want to play it again and again.

Yeah im with you all, xbox games were great but on here they lack that special sound we all strive for "POP" - "Acheivement Unlocked"

At the moment, downloading xbox originals just has no appeal to me what so ever. However, if they added achievements to these games then i would probably be caning a few of the games already.

It's cheaper for them just to port the titles. They don't want to have to pay someone to go through the game and insert achievements. it sucks because I would by a bunch of games if they had achievements.

I think we should start a campaign. A poll on the front page.

All they need to do is put in one achievement. This will be less time consuming for Microsoft and easy to do.

Even if they did it to only a select few, like rated as classics.

If we get thousands of votes they may change their mind. They have already tested it, as some originals appeared on the old dashboard with achievements last year, but then were taken off.
