This game is a lot of fun just like the first one. One improvement over the last title is that no matter which mode you play in you will gain experience points. Play all campaign and terrorist hunt missions on realistic so that you earn more XP from the beginning.

 

You can also play in split screen as Knight (Player2) from the beginning so that you can get That Wasn't So Hard, Gimme a High Five, and Here's for a Wicked Five! at the same time you obtain the level completion achievements.

 

Another note to mention there is now a ACES levelling system for getting certain types of kills. There are three categories that you will rank up as you achieve the below types of kills:

 

Marksmanship:

3 Points for killing an enemy at long range or when they are on a rope.

2 Points for killing an enemy while you are rappelling or one that is sprinting.

1 Point for killing an enemy with a headshot.

 

Assault:

3 Points for killing an enemy behind cover with penetrating weapons or killing one with C4.

2 Points for killing an enemy who is using a mounted machine gun, riot shield, or by billing someone with a grenade or breaching charge.

 

Close Combat:

3 Points for killing an enemy at short range, from behind, by blind fire, or one that is stunned or flash banged.

All you have to do is beat the game on Realistic. You can play it in split screen or co-op if you want to. If you still have trouble with Realistic then you can always try it after you obtain the shield. To use the shield hold the LT and then press RT to fire your pistol. Try to prevent terrorists from flanking or attacking you from the rear. You can also send your teammates into a room before you enter as decoy boys.

 

 

That Wasn't So Hard - 5 points

Complete a scene as Bishop's teammate, Knight, in co-op Story mode at any difficulty

As I said above you need to play on split screen or co-op as Player 2 to obtain these.

 

The next group of achievements are kill related. They are pretty much self-explanatory. It is best to find six other players and have everyone join a party so that you can coordinate the kills properly. Streets is a good map to obtain all of the kill chievos.

 

 

Pointman - 10 points

Kill 50 enemies in multiplayer adversarial with at least 6 players present

Triggerman - 20 points

Kill 150 enemies in multiplayer adversarial with at least 6 players present

This is nothing to worry about. You will get this in the course of getting all of the other kill based achievements.

 

 

 

Rappel King - 20 points

Kill 25 enemies while suspended from a rope

 

You can get this by playing adversarial against a friend. Chose a map with a rope like Streets or Kill House and then find a rope and climb it. Have your friend walk out in the open and then shoot him in the head. Rinse and repeat until you get the chievo.

 

 

Ace of Spades - 15 points

Perform 5 consecutive kills without dying in an adversarial match without respawns

 

Just start an adversarial match and have 5 friends let you kill them 5 times in a row. Make sure you turn respawns off.

 

 

Machine Gunner - 20 points

Kill 100 enemies using a Light Machine Gun with at least 6 players present

 

I favor the 21E as my main weapon of choice. Make a sharpshooter match on Streets and max out all of the match requirements. Have your 5 other friends meet at one location and choose who will get the kills first.

 

 

Spray and Pray - 15 points

Kill 100 enemies using a Sub-Machine Gun with at least 6 players present

 

I prefer the UMP45 for this one. Set up a match like you did in Machine Gunner above.

 

One Shot, One Kill - 30 points

Kill 100 enemies using a Sniper Rifle with at least 6 players present

 

Doesn’t matter which one you use they are all good. Set up a match like you did in Machine Gunner above.

 

 

Short Controlled Bursts - 15 points

Kill 100 enemies using an Assault Rifle with at least 6 players present

 

I use the AK47 for this. Set up a match like you did in Machine Gunner above.

 

 

Sidearm Frenzy - 25 points

Kill 100 enemies using a Pistol with at least 6 players present

 

I use either the Raging Bull or Desert Eagle. Set up a match like you did in Machine Gunner above.

 

 

Come Closer - 20 points

Kill 100 enemies using a shotgun with at least 6 players present

 

I prefer the Spas 12 for this one. Set up a match like you did in Machine Gunner above.

 

Cluster Bomb - 10 points

Kill 3 enemies at once using explosives with at least 6 players present

 

Set up a Death Match game on Streets. Have everyone meet in the middle and then take turns blowing up your friends with grenades or C4.

 

 

My Name is Sam - 25 points

Neutralize 5 terrorists in a row by performing headshots using a Sound Suppressor

 

This can be done while playing campaign or Terrorist Hunt. If you are having difficulties then lower the difficulty level. If your weapon has a suppressor but it isn’t equipped then hold X and press Left on the D-Pad. Just take your time and aim for the head.

 

 

 

I Like the Sound it Makes - 25 points

Kill 150 terrorists with a Shotgun

 

This can be done while playing campaign or Terrorist Hunt. If you are having difficulties then low the difficulty level. I recommend you go for this during the campaign because you may only use the shield while playing through Terrorist Hunt and pistols can only be used with a shield.

 

 

Royal Flush - 30 points

Win 100 adversarial matches with at least 6 players present

 

Just keep winning adversarial matches. If you have difficulties start a match with 5 friends and keep having one team win. If someone has two XBL accounts and two Xbox 360s then have that person logon with a dummy account. Create a Team Leader match and place the dummy XBL account on its own team and the other players on a team. Once the match starts your teams Team Leader will see the sawn location of the dummy account. Run over to it and blast it with your weapon of choice.

 

This will help you obtain "Natural Leader" below.

 

 

My Hero! - 10 points

Rescue both Hostages 10 times in Attack & Defend with at least 6 players present

 

Start a Attack and Defend match with your friends on Import/Export. Run and grab a hostage and take him back to your spawn. Then go do the same with the other hostage. Rinse and repeat until it pops. I hated going for this one legit because the other team would always kill one or both of the hostages.

 

 

Demo Expert - 10 points

Defuse 10 bombs in Attack & Defend with at least 6 players present

 

Start a Attack and Defend match with your friends on Presidio. Have the other team plant the bomb and then defuse it. Rinse and repeat until it pops.

 

 

Kamikaze - 10 points

Plant and detonate 10 bombs in Attack & Defend with at least 6 players present

 

Start a Attack and Defend match with your friends on Presidio. Grab the bomb and then plant it. Rinse and repeat until it pops.

 

 

Covert Ops Specialist - 10 points

Extract the intel item 10 times with at least 6 players present

 

Start a Attack and Defend match with your friends on Kill House. You have to be on the assault team. As the match starts hold the  to sprint into the door in front of you. As you enter the hallway turn left and make your way up the stairs. Enter the first room on the left. When you exit that room into the open on the second level; sprint straight across to the other building and grab their Intel. Make your way to the extraction area. Rinse and repeat until it pops.

 

 

The House Always Wins - 15 points

Host and win 10 matches with at least 6 players present

 

Start a Death Match game on any map with no respawns. Have all your friends kill themselves with grenades. Make sure you have six players at all times. Rinse and repeat 9 more times.

 

 

Natural Leader - 15 points

Lead your team to Victory 20 times in Team Leader with at least 6 players present

 

Start a Team Leader Match on Kill House with five friends. You have to be the Team Leader to get credit. As soon as the match starts either kill everyone on the other team or make your way to the extraction point.

 

 

The Ace Always Wins - 5 points

Win your first ranked match online

This can be a pain in the rear if you are no good at this game. You have to join or host a ranked match and win three in a row. It is best to join up with others who are real good at the game and play a mode you’re comfortable with. If you don’t know anyone then play adversarial matches with strangers for a while and see who stands out over the rest. Send them a message to see if they will play ranked matches with you.

If you don’t get this while going for the rest of the chievos then try this. *Possible Spoiler* On the very last level of the campaign you will be on a tennis court hiding in a building. Some terrorist will keep spawning by the building you just fell from earlier and start making their way through the opening in a fence you also passed through earlier. The opening in the fence is a great choke point and you should use it. Throw all of your grenades and then shoot at the opening while terrorists pass through it. Also use the barrels out in front of the building if needed.

 

Make sure you die before the helicopter is taken down. You will respawn in the building by the tennis court and start it all over again. At one point with a friend and a 21E I was able to make my way across the tennis court through the fence opening and all the way to the terrorist spawn point. Almost every round I fired killed a terrorist. When I had to reload my friend started shooting them. Then we would die before the time ran out. This is how I got the picture in my signature.

 

 

Novice Hunter - 5 points

Play all of the Terrorist Hunt maps on Realistic. This will help you level up faster. I’m not going to list every map like I did for RSV because this game tracks your map completion progress in the main menu. It also doesn’t matter which enemy density level you play on so I recommend low density, you complete this with three other players and everyone uses shields. It can’t get much easier than that.

 

 

Haute Couture - 10 points

Create your own custom camouflage

 

You can do custom camouflage once you achieve the rank of Elite. Choose an article of clothing/armor and then press X to choose a camouflage pattern. Then select one of the custom camos and then select any of the colors you want.

 

 

True Identity - 20 points

Use the Xbox Live Vision to create a character with your appearance

 

The Xbox live vision camera is required to obtain this. During character selection process you will have the chance to customize your appearance. One of the selections is the vision camera. You can change your appearance at any time through the options menu.

 

Here is an interesting tip. When using one of the default appearances you can make the character’s mouth move by talking into your head mic. Back in the day a buddy and I would make videos like RvB. I think our vids were only funny to us though so we gave it up.
