First disappointment for the year, developers Gearbox have stated that Aliens Colonial Marines will not be released in 2011. They are concentrating on releasing Duke Nukem Forever - which has been in development since 1997 - as opposed to Aliens Colonial Marines which has been in development since 2006...
Do you see the pattern? Thirteen years is longer than four. By the time Aliens Colonial Marines sees the light of day, it will be 2012. It will be six years in development. This is technically called by industry insiders and people familiar with the matter, as "dragging their heels"
